Floyd is the first real boss you face, and very easy. Take out his two cronies with Zappflies or Bolamites, then tie Floyd up with a Bolamite. You don't even have to wear down his stamina, he'll go down and you can bring 'em in alive.

Bounty Looten Duke
 

After infiltrating the water facility, and clearing the outlaws on the ground + the Outlaw Mortars on the roof, Duke will appear from inside the main building. Hit him with a Thudslug (they spawn behind the building), charged Zappflies, and wrap him up with a Bolamite. For the sake of Mo' Moolah and Finders, Filchers, explore the tower. It's full of Chests!

Bounty Boilz Booty
 

Blisterz' brother has come looking for his lil' bro, and is wreaking havoc in town. Use the alleys for cover, and dive behind the building to the left of where you start for ammo. There's enough Thudslugs and Bolamites to wrap up the entire gang. Keep moving through the alleys, take out the Outlaws one after another, and try to hit Boilz from afar with Thudslugs and charged Zappflies. He carries a shotgun, so distance is key. Once his stamina is down, you can Bolamite him for the full $600 ($300 if dead).

 
 Dumb it down (Bronze)
Rescue Eugene Ius
 

Interestingly, your first assignment in Buzzarton is to rescue someone, instead of rounding up a baddie. Your feathered friend won't come out of his cell until you've dispatched all Outlaws in the room, so be sure to do so before trying to talk to him. Once everyone is dead or bountied, the Clakker will thank you, and bump you down a newly-created hole in the floor. That's when your Trophy will pop. You can't possibly kill him, so you'll get the $1000 alive bounty.

Bounty Jo’ Mamma
 

Jo' Mamma has quite some Outlaw friends with her, among which are two Outlaw Nailers, and Semi-Auto's that will spawn from the sewage pipes opposite her crane. Walk up the cliff to the right of where you enter the area, and shoot some Fuzzles behind you. From this perch you can take out the Outlaws with whatever ammo you like (save your Bolamites and some thudslugs!), while Jo' can't reach you with her crane. The Nailers will try to climb your perch, but you'll hear them approaching thanks to your Fuzzle trap. Dispose of them and the rest, then use the Zappfly lift to get on the same level as Jo'. Thudslug and Zapply her a couple of times, then hit the Zappfly switch on her side, and Bolamite her. This'll shut down the electric current on the wire above you, and she won't be able to reopen it. Shimmy across quickly, and Bolamite Jo' again to bounty her. Congrats, apart from the $800 bounty, you slapped Jo' Mamma so hard, your hand hurts.

Bounty Packrat Palooka
 

The description for this Trophy is misleading since you're actually going after Meagly McGraw at Beeks' Opple Farm. His gang has raided and killed all the Clakkers there, so be sure to get Farmer Harmer (see the last Trophy in this guide) before going after them. Take out the Outlaws while taking cover behind the many buildings, and head into the main one, where Meagly is revealed to be riding Tiny, an Outlaw Nailer. You can't bounty this big brute, so focus on whittling down his life bar. Boombats and Stingbees are the trick here. Once Tiny is no more, switch to Thudslugs and Zappflies to knock out Meagly. The Trophy will claim you bountied Packrat, but you'll receive the $900 (or $300 if dead) the bounty bill promised you.

 
 Junkyard Challenge (Bronze)
Bounty Packrat Palooka
 

Now we're going after the real Packrat, according to many, the hardest bounty in the original. He's up on a platform, guarded by a shield generator, with four obvious Zappfly weak spots. Power three of those down, then fire your Fuzzles at the doors below the stage. This will prevent Packrat from climbing back up later. Knock out the fourth spot, and the shield will be deactivated. Save, and try to knock Packrat off the stage with boombats. If you aren't quick or lucky enough, he'll reactivate the generators. From here on out, Outlaw shooters and Flamers will join the fight, along with two turrets, making Packrat almost impossible to bounty alive. Reload your save, and keep trying to knock Packrat off his stage. Once on the ground, Thudslug and Zappfly him for all you're worth, then Bolamite him for the full $800 reward.

 
 Mine your business! (Bronze)
Bounty X’plosives McGee
 

After a long trek through the canyons, you're presented with McGee riding a mine cart high up in the arena. A Flamer will come sliding down the ramp in front of you, with three Snipers higher up. Quickly dispatch the former, then shoot down the Snipers. When you hear a bell, hit the blue switch level with McGee to bring him down a bit. Behind you, two Semi-Auto's and a Shooter will appear. Take them out, then bring McGee down another level. Behind your starting level, a cave will open with two Semi-Auto's, a couple of Shooters, and a Flame Turret. Take them out in that order, restock on ammo, and hit the last switch to send McGee crashing down to your level. His mine cart will transform into a turret, so be quick to take it out. X`Plosives shoots rockets that pack quite a punch, so hide behind the rocks in front of the cave, and use the same tactic you've used on previous bosses. He should be ripe for bountying in no time, and bring in $1100.

 
 The Sleg Avenger! (Bronze)
Bounty Lefty Lugnutz
 

After using the Sleg Call in the Native Graveyard, Lefty will come out on a perch, along with some Snipers on other perches, and Shooters and a Semi-Auto on the ground. Run to the far right to find an alcove with cover, tall grass, and Stingbee and Thudslug ammo. Dispatch the goons on the ground, and shoot down the snipers. This will prompt Lefty to bring out another wave, which you can take out in the same way. Soon enough, the big hunter himself will jump down, leaving him open for the usual combination of Thudslugs and Zappflies for the alive bounty, 800 in this case.

 
 You scratch my back (Bronze)
Bounty Elboze Freely
 

Elboze is more mecha than Outlaw, and it shows in his boss battle. He doesn't have any projectile weapons, but only his back is vulnerable to damage, so don't bother with headshots or melee. His weak spot will only be turned towards you when you've been boosted up onto the rosters, at which point he will run for the switch to bring you down, giving you a window to hit him with everything you've got. Again, Thudslugs and charged Zappflies for the full 1000 Moolah, Boombats and Stingbees for the 500 he`s worth dead.

 
 Too Much Fuzzle Pie (Bronze)
Bounty Fatty McBoomBoom
 

Fatty seems to have an almost unlimited supply of cronies, but they do stop flooding you after a while. Stay outside the arena to have optimal cover, and access to Stingbee and Boombat nests. The Outlaws will slowly trickle towards you, where you can safely bounty them due to the rock between you and Fatty and his Snipers. Once all the little guys are down, head towards Fatty to see his “crazy wrastlin' moves”, as the bounty bill puts it. He lunges at you, which will deal quite some damage and stall you. Try to find cover when you hear him taunt that he'll squish you. When he misses, he'll moonwalk back to the top of his shack, while firing rockets. You`re not at risk of his wrestling, so now's your chance to whittle his stamina down, and nab your last bounty ($1000 alive).

 
 You know too much (Bronze)
Take out D. Caste Raider
 

This is an easy one. Your headbutt has been replaced with a powerful and speedy ram attack, while you still have your spin move. Make a dash for Caste, while the place explodes around you. Keep pummeling him towards the wall to keep him from using his mallet. Soon enough, all his barrels will have exploded, leaving the sides of the arena in flames. This will roast Caste nicely, leaving you with his non bountyable corpse. Head down the newly created gap in the floor, and your Trophy will pop up.

On Hard, this can be tough, but the AI has a tendency to run into the flames by itself. Hit to start up a charge on all limbs, and keep running, dodging Caste's mallet, the Outlaw Cutters, and the two Outlaw Shooters. When all the goons are flambé, spam to keep knocking their boss into the fires.

 
 Giving a Leg Up (Bronze)
Get to Last Legs.
 

After having raided the Wolvark Barracks, and defended the Native Village, you'll be given a boat, and seen off down the Mongo river. You won't encounter too much resistance, but you'll have to make landfall twice to open two gates to continue. These two points have about 10 Wolvarks each, so save beforehand to avoid having to redo things. Soon enough you'll be forced into a cut scene, and you'll arrive at the dusky, snowy surroundings of Last Legs.

 
 Dam Sekto! (Bronze)
Enter the Lower Dam.
 

Ahead of where you start, after having helped defend Last Legs, you'll see two long platforms, both of which hold a switch that will activate one of the two locks on the dam. Make your way over one platform, taking out Wolvarks and the two Mortar turrets on the dam with whatever means necessary (like those Zappfly switches that control the cranes) and hit the switch at the end to unlock one side. Shimmy across the rope and hit the other one. Return to your boat, be it by swimming or cleaning the rest of the platform, and head inside. The doors close, and you can add another Bronze Trophy to your tally.

 
 Elevate yourself (Bronze)
Take out a Gloktigi.
 

Inside the dam, you'll come upon a lift that needs to be opened by activating two switches on the far sides of the room. Once you've done that, and pressed the button next to the lift, it'll arrive carrying the octopus like Gloktigi. It has two ways of hurting you; tying you up with green goo (shot as white bullets while the fiend is spinning, dodge 'em!) and stabbing you if you can't get out in time, and spinning around like a top, knocking you away. Keep your distance, and fire your Boombats and Riotslugs. If those run out, Stingbees should be your weapon of choice. The Gloktigi doesn't have an awful lot of health, so you should be done in a jiffy. Alternatively, you can lure it down the ramp, and past the various explosive barrels (there's loads below the ramp which are easily missed). Shoot them when the Gloktigi is near, and it should lose a decent chunk of health.

 
 Regain that spring in your step (Bronze)
Reach the Upper Dam.
 

After wading through waves of Wolvarks, you find a lift that grants you access to the Upper Dam. Just use the same strategies you've been using, and you should be fine.

 
 Now there’s two? (Silver)
Take out Sekto’s personal bodyguards.
 

This battle can be described as the very definition of cheap. You're stuck in an arena with easily destructible cover, along with two Gloktigi. Save often, because once they gang up on you with their spinning attacks, you're as good as dead. To reduce the risk as fast as possible, concentrate your fire on one and only one of the fiends. Use the health bars to identify which is which, then keep whittling away at its health. Once it falls, the spinning attack of the remaining Gloktigi won't necessarily mean a cheap death, and you can take it out with remarkably less effort. If you need ammo, there's plenty of Stingbees, Thudslugs, and Boombats around. Just remember to save a few, because…..(See Smack down Sekto!)

Defeat Sekto.
 

Given the previous, rather cheap battle, you'll be glad to know that Sekto is a complete pushover. Big pieces of debris will fall from the ceiling, providing shelter from all of his attacks. Peek around the corners, and shoot the generators powering Sekto's machine with Boombats, Thudslugs, and Stingbees. If you didn't exhaust all of the ammo boxes during on the Gloktigi, make a mad dash for them when Sekto powers down his laser. Alternatively, you can be patient, and slowly destroy the generators with charged Zappflies. They take quite a bit punishment, but will eventually fall apart, which means you've ended the threat to the Mongo Valley, while netting a nice Gold and at least a Bronze Trophy!

 
 Back in the Village (Silver)
Defeat the Wolvark attackers in the Native Village
 

Story-related. After raiding the Barracks, the Grubbs in the cave will send you back to town, where some Wolvarks are raising Hell. Follow the narrow pathway past some sniper ammo (you'll need it) to get outside. Run down the path and through the open gate (this one was closed when you were on your way to the Barracks) to get in view of the town. Dispatch some Wolvarks with your sniper ammo, then close in on the town to nab the rest. A drop ship (think a small steam punk blimp) will drop a group of Wolvarks in front of the ramp to the main part of town,. After you've finished the initial attackers, Hit them over the head with a couple of Boombats for some quick kills. Now, head up the ramp on the right part of town to take out three Wolvarks, two of which are carrying shields. A second drop ship will dump a group of five Wolvarks in the higher parts of town at this point, so scurry up the main ramp, and blast them to bits. The Grubbs will appear from their hiding places, cheering you on, and you`ll hear the familiar “Ding”

Be sure to exterminate every enemy you come across (preferably knocking them out for the Mo' Moolah) Trophy, then suck 'em up by holding the button. Dead ones take less time than live ones, but give you less Moolah.

Use Stunks, Bolamites, Zappflies (and Thudslugs and Boombats on Nailers, Semi Auto's and Bosses) to incapacitate your enemies, then bounty 'em with the button. In my experience, you will easily get this during your first playthrough, since both Outlaw and Wolvark enemies count. Be sure to bag them all, but be careful when under fire in Hard mode.

This is best pursued in Easy mode. Every enemy will be knocked out much easier, while you have more health, allowing you to take bigger risks in bountying your victims before they regain consciousness.

A vital element of this challenge is getting the full pay-out for the bosses, meaning you have to bring them in alive, a mean feat on Hard, but an easier feat on Easy. If you nab everyone, from Blisterz Booty through Fatty McBoomBoom, alive, you'll have 8800 Moolah. There are various other sources of income, the most prominent of which is bountying regular outlaws. Here is a list of their value, dead and alive;

Moolah Bags are another source of income; they are hidden in barrels or dropped by dead Outlaws, and range from $2 to $5 in value. No need to turn them, or the following items, in at the Bounty Store, they'll be added to your total upon picking them up.

Moolah Chests are a step upwards in magnitude; their value ranges from $40 to $60, and they can usually be found after you've defeated a boss. You get a Trophy for finding 40 chests, namely Finders, Filchers

Moolah Pots have the same worth as Chests, but look like gray pots (hence the name) with green-blue crystals sticking out. They are usually found in cave areas, or hidden behind bushes.

Then there's the Crystal Shards; spawning in two caves (one in the Mongo Wilds, one past them, on the way to Elboze Freely and You Scratch My Back), you'll be able to find at least 25 (which nets you the Trophy Crystal Mess, see its description for the exact locations). These shards are worth either $1 or $2, but every little bit helps in the quest for 20K Moolah!

There's also one unique item to be found; the Grubb Idol, which is rewarded with the Grubb Idol Trophy (see the description for exact location). During my two playthroughs it was valued at $83 and $95.

And lastly, there's a very slow, but almost infinite stream of Moolah bags to be found in Clakkers` settlements. When you hit a Clakker, it drops 3 Moolah bags ($2 to $5) per hit, but it'll run dry after three hits. Of course, after a few Clakkers, the alarm bells will ring, and the feather heads will make a dash for various safe rooms. When this happens, don't worry about picking up the Moolah (unlike corpses, it doesn't disappear), but sprint for the nearest safe room. That way, you can cut off Clakkers heading for it, and whack those 9 bags out of them. When everyone's inside, find cover from the shooting installments (Gizzard Gulch doesn't have these), and wait for the Clakkers to come out again. Find ones you haven't whacked yet, and rinse, repeat, save, reload, ad nauseam. Only use this as a last resort (e.g. You`ve already taken in McBoomBoom, but turn up short for the 20K mark), and note that the citizens of New Yolk City seem much less tolerant of you robbing them, than the chicks in Gizzard Gulch, Buzzarton, Beeks Opple Farm, and various smaller settlements.

In the Wolvark Barracks, you'll come across a scene with two Wolvarks in toilet stalls. They seem to have some issues with their digestive tract, meaning they could use some “Butt-flo”! Look around the room, and you'll see a line of boxes stacked rather suspiciously. Break the ammo boxes to climb your way up, then head into the air duct. Round the corner, and you'll find a few purple-pink bottles. A nice little Easter egg, and a Bronze Trophy.

There have been multiple reports of this Trophy not unlocking after exhausting the two caves. Before attempting, be sure to save to avoid having to redo too much. When retrying, try to pick the crystals up one after another, as it seems the game doesn't always recognize the shards when picked up together.

Easily gotten while hunting Slegs to learn the Sleg call. Stick to the left side of the river, and you'll be drawn into a fight with the Giant Sleg. Beat it (if you jump into the river it can only hit you with spit, removing its dangerous bite from the equation), then head further along the river. You should see an island in the corner of the river, with some fishing racks and skeletons. In the rock wall, hidden behind some bushes, is a cave lined with three orange crystals. Shoot them a bit, and shards will come tumbling down. Be sure to collect them all, then head back towards New Yolk City. Stick to the side of the river where the Giant Sleg was, and you'll come across a tiny bit of land, halfway between the Sleg cave and the waterfall. Hidden behind the bushes is the second cave, with three orange crystals and Boombat nests. Shoot all the crystals, collect all the shards, and your Trophy should pop. Each shard is worth 1 or 2 Moolah.

There are about 50 Chests in the game, so you are allowed to miss some. Scope out the areas directly after boss battles, where you can usually find a few. E.g. Looten Duke has quite some in the old tower. In the Mongo Wilds, there's one in a derelict building behind a fence, and there's two at the base of the Upper Skycart Station.

A few people have reported that they got this Trophy by breaking less than 10 Barrels, or by having smashed them all over multiple playthroughs. It popped regularly for me though, so aim to break them all in one playthrough. You can recognize these Barrels by their bigger size and more curvaceous nature.

The first barrel is in Gizzard Gulch, next to the gate that leads to Buzzarton. There's a fence in the way hiding it from view, but you can just knock through it. Do take note that you actually have to break (shoot, smash) the Barrel for it to count.

On the way to Filthy Hands Floyd, you'll end up in some tall grass, with in front of you two Outlaws talking beneath a crane with a Zappfly switch. The second Barrel is in an alcove above the side of the crane, and can only be shot.

Number 3 on our list is located in Buzzarton. You'll find a ramp opposite the General store, with a bunch of regular crates at the top. The Meat Barrel is hidden behind those.

Number 4 is well hidden, on your way to Packrat Palooka. You'll find several decrepit building in your way, brownish in color. Hidden in one of those is a Barrel. You can't whack it, so shoot it with whatever you like. The building is on the left side of the path.

Barrel 5 is quite well hidden. At the very back of New Yolk City, the main path veers to the left- leading to an open spot with some crates and bins stacked in the back corner to the left. Jump up these and you can reach Barrel 5. If you've already smashed the crates, fear not, as you can still shoot it by standing on top of the bins.

Barrel 6 is in the Upper Skycart Station in the Fatty mission. It's hidden in the rafters at the top, and you can climb a stack of boxes to shoot it.

Barrel 7 is shortly after the Wolvark toilets. After running through a downwards sloping hallway, you jump over a wall of boxes; the Barrel is hidden on the side where you land.

In the Wolvark facility, you'll come across a spiraling room with a rope running up the middle. Climb it, and jump off at the top to find Barrel 8

Barrel 9 is shortly after opening the second door inside Sekto's dam (the first took you into the elevator). Just before entering, look to the left to find it.

Barrel 10 is located at the top of the spiraling building during the timed segment. After the spirals, you jump over boxes, onto a platform that runs into the distance. Your last Barrel is directly to the left of where you land.

This stacks with "Slakker Clakker" and "Stranger Danger".

In Hard mode, you'll want to buy every upgrade available to boost your stamina, since you'll be shaking off damage. A lot. You'll also want a steady supply of Chippunks; these lure one enemy towards you, making it much easier to take him down due to his buddies being far away. Stick to tall grass whenever you can, and use your sniper ammo when entering an area filled with enemies. Thinning them out can mean the difference between victory and failure.

This game gives you the option to save whenever, so abuse it as much as possible. The checkpoints themselves aren't as lenient as they could be, so use that save feature! If you're really tested, try saving after every little success (took down an Outlaw without damage, remained stealthy, etc.). Be patient, take cover, plot out the best route through an area, and you should be able to survive reasonably unscathed.

Another problem is trying to catch bosses alive. They dish out a lot of damage due to Stranger's cut health, and take much more punishment. Their stamina recharges lightning fast, so while you might be able to capture a few early bosses, chumps like Packrat Palooka and X'Plosives McGee are mighty hard. Since they are the key to the Mo' Moolah Trophy, leave that for a second playthrough (unless you have real nerves of steel). It'll make cleanup a cakewalk.

 
 Farmer Harmer (Bronze)

When Stranger is traveling from Gizzard Gulch to Buzzarton, he'll come across a farm of Clakkers, who mistake him for a security guard that was due to come pick up the Farmer's Moolah. Don't feel bad about this poor farmer, Beeks will be killed by Meagly McGraw later in the game, meaning you have to get this Trophy before accepting that specific bounty. Head to the biggest house on the far side of the valley, and bust through the window. The Clakker inside is Farmer Beeks.

Talk to him, and he'll tell you he forgot where his Moolah is. Luckily, you have this guide, so head up the rope to the cellar, where you'll find a box of Fuzzles, and a chest that, when hit, will drop loads of Moolah all over. Collect it, and talk to Farmer Beeks again. He'll now start following you around. Head out onto the balcony, and position Beeks between you, and the Opple mill (the big mill-esque building with a Zappfly switch). Save, and give Beeks a good whack. He'll be sent flying towards the mill. Jump after him, and wait for him to get up again. Give him another hit towards the mill, but this time, don't let him get up. Keep punching him all the way into the mill, then quickly Bolamite-wrap him. Exit the mill with the poor farmer inside, and Zappfly the switch. Poor Beeks gets squished, and you get Farmer Harmer!

Once you've cashed in Fatty, you'll hear a female Clakker mention a “Black marketeer”. She's next to the entrance of the Bounty Store, across from a rope. Talk to her to get the password, then climb the rope. Walk down the isle above the street, and turn left (the only direction you can take). Take another left and you should find an open area with a door. Press next to it, and Stranger will enter, netting you a shiny Silver Trophy, and access to some to some upgraded equipment.

Find the hidden Grubb Idol

After saving Eugene Ius, you'll be sent on your way back to town. This will lead you through a Grubb village, the inhabitants of which mention some fancy “Idol”. Scout around to find the highest tower in the right side of the village. You can recognize it by the three wooden planks covering the second floor. Destroy them with Zappflies, then head down a little alley (right when facing the planks) to find a rope. Climb it, then find the rope next to the tower. Climb that as well and jump into the alcove that was hidden by the planks. Inside, you'll find the Grubb Idol (In my two playthroughs, it gave me 78 and 95 Moolah, a nice bit of change for Mo' Moolah).

Find the hidden entrance into the Wolvark Barracks

During your assault on the Wolvark Barracks, you'll cross a bridge that connects to the left side of the rock wall of the valley. Instead of following it, right into a gang of Wolvarks, jump into the water, and swim towards the way you came. You should see a platform with a single Wolvark on it, and one of those fancy blue switches. Press it, and the roster in front of the sewer pipe will move, allowing you to enter it. You can fight through the Wolvarks instead of jumping down into the river, but it requires a bit more effort. Be sure to enter the Barracks through the sewage pipe for your Trophy.

On your way to Filthy Hands Floyd, you'll come across two Clakkers, a house, and ahead of those, a broken bridge. Start a good distance away to have Stranger run on all fours, then press when you're about to hit the bridge. Hit again in midair, and you should easily get to the other side. You can do this from both sides of the bridge, so do try both ways if the Trophy doesn't pop (it glitched for a few people).
