Is Black Ops II Getting a Zombies Campaign?

Since Call of Duty: World At War introduced the Zombies mode, it's always been a standalone thing that's entirely separate from the rest of game and the campaign, but if an Amazon product listing is to be believed, Call of Duty: Black Ops II's Zombies could be an entire campaign in itself.

The Amazon listing in question has the game's key features bulletpointed, with "The inclusion of a Zombies in gameplay, both in as an option in multiplayer, and as a campaign option" listed as one such key feature.

Kotaku speculates that 'Zombies as a campaign option' could pertain to a new game+ wherein you fight zombies through the single-player campaign, or something akin to Modern Warfare's Spec Ops missions. We think it could be an entire mini-campaign on its own. Treyarch has told us that Zombies will be "bigger than ever" for Black Ops II, so it seems wholly plausible.

For now though, we'll just have to wait and see, as Treyarch has yet to reveal any details on Black Ops II's Zombies mode. Call of Duty: Black Ops II is out on November 13th, 2012.

	@6 I see what you did there. @5 I don't know, you got any new ideas for game modes that will sell nearly as well as zombies or, heaven forbid, even better than zombies? OT: This zombies campaign listing was also on Walmart's site for BO2. While Walmart is Walmart as we all know, if Amazon has the same thing, this could be true. It would make zombies that much better of a game mode if it had the whole game within itself (campaign (hinted by this, multiplayer (confirmed with 4v4), and the survival part (the zombies we all know of)).

	I'd rather have a zombies campaign mode than zombies itself. I liked zombies in W@W when it was basic but now everything's so complicated and I never play zombies. A zombie campaign would be somewhat unique and new though so I highly doubt we'll see it.

	A zombie campaign would be quite a good idea, but it's a shame that the game has to rely on a "fun" mode, rather than it's core multiplayer to get people excited about it. However, if the the often rumoured Dinosaur mode ever appeared on Battlefield 3, I would be all over that! :)

	Zombies has a larger cult following than most niche games do, so nobody can deny its popularity. There's people who buy CoD games just for Zombies just like there's people who buy CoD purely for the MP. So for all the Zombies fans, it's nice to see something different being done.

	The guys that do the zombies should branch out and make a real survival zombie game something you know with horror dead space 3 doesn't look scary resident evil not since the 2nd one Idk how fear was ever scary pissed me off and thats all the scary I know that don't exist
