| I have a problem then. I pre-ordered the chest edition on amazon, and on the amazon borderlands 2 page they say that due to massive pre-orders, the pre-order bonus (Premium Club) will be available only to those who pre-ordered before August 8th. So what ? I'm screwed and will have to pay 10€ for the dlc ? |

| hey this just not relaesed the GOTY edition will hold the full game with all the soo called DLC . and it will be only half the price as what the game was when it 1st came out,...wait and send a message to developers to stop this DLC crap |

The goty was dlc anyway, standard disc, with a code sheet...and that took ages for the price to drop to what it is now mate, I should know, I waited for the goty to drop, plus unlike capcom the dlc is infact dlc, not on disc content...
TLDR know your info before you talk it.
Also on topic-I may play a second full run to see how the mechromancher plays :D |

Seems alot yes but they did put alot of hard work into this new one, skill trees, clothing options, the fact she summons a "death trap" to fight for her (which would have its own model which needed to be made), voices...in a way its fairly priced, as it's not just a skin thankfully.
Oh and the usual animation and game implementation junk, derp |

Yeah, I'm gonna send Gearbox a message about their "DLC crap". I've got this preordered and I look forward to saving 25% by getting the Season Pass. I'm gonna let them know that they do DLC the right way - meaty, fun and priced well for what you get.
Have fun waiting 2 years while you stew in misdirected anger... |

| @#9 saw the deathtrap guardian in action at pax, it was so awesome. the guy who voiced scooter was the presenter of the demonstration and he was insistent on showing off tons of cool abilities. |

But if it's worth the price, then you aren't paying more than its worth... right??
Either way, I too intend to support the fact that Gearbox has done right by their customers with quality DLC for Borderlands, and I anticipate the same for BL2. I'll be buying the Season Pass for sure so that I can play coop with friends right away, and not be begging them two years later to join me so I don't have to play alone.
Besides, if you buy the GOTY edition later with all the DLC included, aren't you signaling to Gearbox that you want the DLC and don't want them "to stop this DLC crap"? Otherwise you'd just buy the regular edition of the game when it's cheaper, not the GOTY edition... |

| It's amazing how much stuff they've shown us from this game without spoiling basically ANY of the story and everything they have shown us is just awesome the say the very least. Can't wait to play through the game with all of the characters including Gaige here! |

In case you weren't aware, I won't need to buy this, it'll be free, nor did I ever specify whether I was getting the other dlc, and yet you only address me out of all the other users that responded to your pointless rally cry to write developers in a effort to stop dlc. Right... like that'll happen...
Another thing though, not that it's any of your business, but I actually bought the GOTY edition for the first game, and to be perfectly honest I fucking loved it, this game has so much to offer that it's mind boggling, I only wish I'd picked it up sooner. And because of that I will certainly be getting this game day one and not missing out this time around. So get bent, write a letter or go breathe through a paper bag; I don't care.
