Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch

Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Trailer is the Prettiest Thing You’ll See Today

Has there ever been a more beautiful video game than Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch? I’m not sure there has.

Below you’ll find a new trailer for the game, from this year’s Gamescom. A collaboration between Level-5 and celebrated animation outfit Studio Ghibli, it looks like a real corker. Plus Rich reckons it plays nice too, which is always helpful.

Watch the vid below. There’s a handful of screenshots down there too, with more in the gallery. Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch is out on 22nd Jan in the US and 25th Jan in Europe.

It's funny, there are no games I'm looking forward to besides this game and Lego LotR, which is weird if you saw the games I play lol.

As an importer, I can tell you that this game in general is great. Though the English dub I have heard so far makes me want to jam pencils in my ears.

I've got the Wizard edition preordered with ShopTo, can't wait to play this game, it looks absolutely amazing, the art style is beautiful too, and I reckon it'll have a soundtrack to match too!

@12 Really? I quite like the English dubs, but apparently it's going to have dual audio or something for those who prefer the original Japanese voices, so it will please a lot of people who think like you do (Not that it's a bad thing whatsoever, I prefer some Japanese games/films/anime in their native Japanese language since the dubs can sometimes be horrendous)

@13 I could get around the English dubs if they didn't change the character names in the English version. So if you are like me, and enjoy the original Japanese audio, the character names will NOT match. To me at least, it is of little consequence since I already own the game in the original.

I've yet to hear the Japanese VA, but I gota say I'm impressed with the English dub and I'm usually one of those guys who often prefers watching anime as English sub rather than English dub

I've just watched the Japanese trailer. It's amazing!!

@13 I hope you're right about about the english and japanese audio, something every game needs to start doing.
