Here's a brand new trailer for The Last of Us, fresh from Sony's Gamescom press conference. Soundtracked by a haunting tune called "Alone and foresaken" from Hank Williams Sr., it's a bit bloody good, if a little too brief. We simply can't get enough of this game. Get on the trailer below. The Last of Us is out... we don't know yet. How about a release date Sony?

| Looks great - im not usually a day 1 purchaser of games but this definately looks like day 1 right here - Naughty Dog looks like they have the right mix of regular enimies and psuedo zombie creatures - cant wait to see more of the zombiesque things in the game but sometimes less is definatlely better so the scares will seem more genuine - cant wait cant wait CANT WAIT!! | ||

| @1 lol....... I AM HYPED FOR THIS GAME! The uncharted series was getting stale. LOVED uncharted1 and 2 but 3 was kind of a let down. This will be one of the first survival horror games Ive ever played.. sad i know but oh well. (I played silent hill 2 but made the mistake of setting it on hard then i totally f 'ed myself with the overwriting of saves -_- | ||

| I think everybody is making a mistake in pigeon-holing this as a survival horror. It's already been said many times that the outbreak is more a backdrop to the story and that human enemies will be far more prevalent than the fungus-heads, so don't expect wave after wave of brainless zombies! Similarly, thinking of it as a Drake-less Uncharted is probably wrong too, this is going to be much more raw and believable and not a tipping it's cap to Indiana Jones at all. I love the Uncharted series but I think I'm going to find this far more engrossing, whereas I think some people are going to miss the jingoistic banter and characters. @25 has it right, Uncharted has peaked, but you know ND will be making an Uncharted 4 for the PS4 and it'll be even better than ever! I don't know why, but I shiver every time I hear Joel's closing line "I've been on both sides"... this guy is definitely not Drake! | ||
