Starhawk’s latest update goes live later today, bringing a couple of new maps and a host of new features and improvements.

So as well as the Cypress: Collider and Cypress: Origin maps, the update includes added prestige levels, a new Homeworld game lobby, team-balancing and voice chat fixes, a new push-to-talk option, in-game gear and weapon tune-ups, an improved Capture the Flag scoring system, custom music options and more!

Not content with rolling out all this stuff, developers Lightbox have already got to work on the next update, which they promise will bring “new gameplay modes, 5 new smaller layouts, even some new Build & Battle load-outs, and a bunch of other stuff too.”

Sounds good. Today's update hits North America at 2pm CST and Europe at 8pm BST.
