Welcome to the first of the PlayStation Store updates now coming at you every Tuesday, with the usual array of PSN goodness listed for your viewing pleasure.

This week sees the long-awaited arrival of the Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package and it's new maps (well three of the five anyway - two are CoD4 revamps), some Prince of Persia price cuts, a UFC 2010 demo and colourful Wild West shooter Lead & Gold available for download.

Also, be sure to take a look at the SOCOM Spring Fever deal and the compulsive multiplayer shooter Warhawk for half-price. Bargainous!

The best part was that is was updated at 4pm instead of 7-8pm like normal. Must have wanted more people to get the stimulus package on day 1.

Sony needs to fix PSN before worrying about the store. Them and their stupid ass updates... Why can't we DL things through our PC and then put them on the PS3?

@8 you can download firmware on your PC off the US website, put it on a memory stick and then plug it in to your PS3...

I'm impressed that Aksys has put out 9 DLC for Agarest Wars and it was released on the PSN last Thursday. Anybody know how much these DLCs are for the 360?

I'll be getting the Agarest War DLC since I'll be buying the game once it goes on sale in a couple of months. Other than that, the Prince of Persia Epilogue at half off will get bought as well.

As for the Spring Fever games, no purchase this week.

The Mw2 maps sold alot i got it the first min in the store there was like 2k ppl playing after an hour 3Ok looks like people dont care about overpriced DLC when it comes 2 COD =P

@ 11: Free, if I remember correctly. They're not gonna charge on one console while the other has free dlc. Especially if the DLC would just pertain to unlock keys.
