| Well this has nothing to do with AC considering the next game to come out is set during the american revolution. I would love another PoP game. The last one was good, but still no where near as good as a warrior within or the two thrones. |

| I recently replayed the Sands of Time trilogy, and it's clear that without PoP we would not have Assassin's Creed. Even the last sequence in Two Thrones seems like an early version of eagle vision. That said, Assassin's Creed improved on the PoP gameplay and now PoP seems the weaker offering. Coupled with an ambitious but dull 2008 release, then the utterly forgettable movie tie it, this once great series is in dire need of a good reboot. |

| Egypt was part of the Persian empire at one point, or at least some of it was. So its feasible that it is a Prince of Persia set in Egypt. |

Looks nothing like PoP, no matter how often it says ZERO 2 somewhere on it. Even if they call it a PoP Reboot ... I mean, doing something revolutionary ect. why not go the whole way and make it an entirely new IP, just like they did with AC.
Would love a sequel to PoP2008, though. Games was amazingly beautiful and the gameplay had a lot of potential, they just ruined it by making the game a walk in the park. (And the prince a whiny, wisecracking brat.) |
