I'd say it's a pretty damn safe bet that they're all in.
So, my thoughts:
- Evil Cole is Nathan Hale from Resistance. It's easy for that mistake to be made considering the original image that revealed them was plastered with the word "leak" everywhere. See: http://www.eventhubs.com/images/2012/jul/28/character-and-stage-leak-playstation-all-stars-battle-royale-1/. Bottom right of middle picture.
- Toro was confirmed at EVO, so that's not really a "leak".
- Concerning Raiden and Dante...I'm not happy about those decisions. Dante is confirmed as the one from Ninja Theory's reboot, and Raiden isn't really a fitting choice for an MGS rep. I mean, the character is okay. The real problem with MGS2 was Rose and not him anyway. But when I think of that franchise, I don't think of Raiden. I think of Solid Snake or Big Boss.
I don't like how Capcom/Ninja Theory is putting in a character from a reboot that A) Most previous fans don't even seem that fond of and B) hasn't even released yet.
So yeah, instead of going with the characters iconic to the franchise and recognizable to people who have been fans of Sony in previous gens, they go with a scrawny looking poser and a man notorious for naked cartwheels. Way to ruin it by ramming advertisements for DMC and Rising down our throat, Superbot.

| Its funny how the "most demanded" characters happen to be on this list. I'm not saying it cant happen but seems too suspicious. I like the list but wont get my hopes up yet. This also seems strange since david hayter name dropped several people along with himself during voice sessions for this game, and snake is nowhere to be seen. But thats just my 2 cents. |

I hope people realize that this isn't an exhaustive roster. Big Daddy wasn't listed in this leaked list, but he's already been confirmed. Kratos wasn't either, I believe.
Barring a bizarre set of events, I do think they'll add a few of the other obvious choices like Crash and whatnot. The only really odd leaked character is Raiden, but that's only if they don't include Snake as well. Raiden actually seems like a perfect character to be in the game, but including just one MGS character and not have it be Snake would indeed be a very odd decision. |

Yeah those leaked characters are probably in but Paul Gale has officially stated that his source at superbot has said there is more than 20 characters and that it could total up to about 27. Also, That is Evil Cole; You can see he is wearing a Red/Orange Shirt and also in the corner of the evil cole image you can see a little bit of his slingpack. Also, Paul Gale said Superbot has allowed him to reveal that Ratchet & Clank are in the game.

| We need Connor Kenway, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, Lara Croft, Chris Refield or Leon, Agent 47, crazy Hispanic guy from Far Cry 3. I'm really hoping for Crash and Spyro to be in since they paid rights for Big Daddy. The others like Heihachi, Dante, Raiden were advertisement deals with Santa Monica since TTT2, DMC, and MGR are coming out soon. I don't see why Ubisoft and Capcom would try to deal with them. |

| Not sure if this was mentioned already, but I'm sure that Raiden was picked due to the fact that Nintendo had Snake in the Super Smash Bros. Brawl lineup, and the point of this game is to differentiate itself from the SSB series so that it isn't constantly compared to it. They're using the same basic premises, but Sony wants to make a different title than "SSB: Sony Edition"... As for the new vs. old Dante... Maybe after completing some sort of challenge, unlock the ability to change his look to the old Dante? |

| @47 I'm not concerned about buying rights, im concerned about buying the rights for those two characters. Getting Raiden and New Dante was easy because the companies want to show the characters and games off. Tekken sure could use exposure. Bioshock is the concern of 2K. We all know activision is greedy. The price for crash and spyro would be pretty steep. Think about it. Sony sold off the two ips when they were popular and Activision failed to have any success. I just think Activision wouldnt be so eager to strike a good bargain and superbot's budget may not b enough. Well I could b wrong. In that case, the 2 could b secret characters only revealed after the release |

| Not surprised to see a ton of people shitting on Raiden. He seems like a way better choice for a game like this. Snake was honestly not that fun to play as in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Raiden is much better at close quarters fighting with his fighting style and sword. The hate for him from MGS2 is undeserved. He was a decent character and made an even better name for himself in MGS4. |

| I think a problem will be making characters different from each other. I know people want snake etc, but realistically, u probably don't want five characters who all play the same way just because they're all main characters from a game. The beauty of old school smash bros was that all the characters played uniquely... I'm hoping that people like drake and hale and radec don't all play the same. I'd find it preferable to play with a variety of characters who are lesser known than people who are well known but all play the same. I'm sure it'll be done well though regardless. |
