Battlefield 3 Armored Kill Expansion Gets First Gameplay Trailer

EA has released the “gameplay premiere” trailer for Battlefield 3’s Armored Kill expansion, due to arrive this September.

Armored Kill features 5 new vehicles including; mobile artillery, tanks and ATVs, with over 20 vehicle specific unlocks. The game also introduces Tank Superiority, a brand new mode in which heavy vehicles fight it out over key areas of the map.

The trailer shows all of this incendiary action across the snow-capped Alborz Mountain, as well as the open terrain found in the Bandar Desert.

Battlefield 3: Armored Kill hits in September. It’s the third of five expansions for the game. Back to Karkand and Close Quarters are available now, and Aftermath and Endgame will be out in December 2012 and March 2013 respectively. 

You can grab all of the DLC with a Battlefield 3 Premium membership for $49.99/£39.99/€49.99/AU$79.95. It will also allow you access to upcoming packs earlier than non-members.

As a console player, I'm extremely jealous of PC players right now. I know playing these maps with 64 people would be insanely fun.

Well, I'm a little saddened as I wanted an all air warefare mode...but the tank one would do nicely (I'm a vehicle all rounder :))

I'll just arm my guided shells and off I go~

Wonder what the new assigments will be since no talk of new guns?

As for the ac-130, if there is a new mode where you gotta protect that while the other tries to destroy it (as well as ground based objectives) makes my mouth drool, details plz dice!

I...just...amazing. I know it's going to be fun on PS3, but I can't help but think how godly-fun it looks on PC. DICE really knows how to make you want to build a gaming PC...
