Assassin's Creed III

Assassin's Creed III Boston Walkthrough Video and 'Wolf Pack' Co-Op Mode Unveiled

Featuring 25 increasingly challenging 'sequences' (or waves) of assassination targets, Assassin's Creed III's newly unveiled 'Wolf Pack' co-op multiplayer mode sounds like a more stabby take on the now classic and somewhat ubiquitous Horde mode, offering murderous action for up to 4 players.

Pitting you and your co-op friends against increasingly savage AI and tougher time constraints with each sequence you complete, Wolf Pack mode will drop you into a multiplayer stage, where you have to dispatch assassination targets before they escape, which should prove especially tough when decoys and lookouts start appearing in later waves... sorry, sequences.

It all sounds rather promising. Also looking promising is this walkthrough trailer showing off the social stealth aspects of Assassin's Creed III in and around the streets of Boston circa 1773, with commentary from Creative Director, Alex Hutchinson. Check it out below.

Assassin's Creed III is out on October 30th, 2012.

This has to be the most immense Assassins Creed ever, the fight/kill scenes are brilliant and the climbing trees/running through houses is just incredible, I cant wait for this one XD

I played 1 and 2, wasn't interested at all in Brotherhood nor in Revelations but number in the series is shaping up to be a leap forward. I hope Ubisoft will keep the focus on the actual assassin gameplay and the narrative because I wasn't a fan of the side missions for Brotherhood and Revelations.

Also, if they would yank (rimshot!) out the multiplayer in favour of a phenomenal singleplayer, I would seriously consider getting this game. (But that's just me. I don't like the AC multiplayer even though it's not bad per se.)

I've completed AC1, and I have AC2 which I just can't get in to... (I think I need to devote more time to it)...

I have to say though, that trailer looks bloody amazing. Wasn't really interested in this game until I just watched that trailer.

Just can't seem to get into AC2 though, it's not "doing it for me"

Lol...

Ohh man... I love this. The added stealth features like the horse carts, corner peeking, and hidding in tall shrubs is really cool. And the tree climbing looks like a lot of fun.

No more health medicine? I would never have said it was bad to have it, but this is more logical.

All I have to say is...wow, that looks incredible! The other Assassins Creed games were getting stale, very repetitive, but this looks amazing!

It's Horde mode, but with assassins! Well, not what I was hoping for in terms of co-op, but it's still something. I can't wait for this game!

I finally bought Assassin's Creed II since I haven't played any of the series yet. I'm hyped for this.

Will we be able to renevate shop's to get better weapons and can we still buy monuments or something like that.

I only hope that they will not have a 100 % sync. Trophy, cause that sucks.

I have never owned an Assassin's creed game but I did play a little bit multiplayer on Brotherhood and I can tell this game will be a lot better. It was fun but got boring after a while, I don't think I will be getting bored of this.
