More Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Content Coming With July Elite Drop

There's more Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 content on the way next week, as the Elite content drops ready up for more multiplayer maps and Spec Ops missions. There's also the free Terminal map from Modern Warfare 2, which should be arriving on July 17th for Elite Premium members and on July 18th for everyone else. That is unless the Xbox 360 timed exclusivity applies, in which case, we don't yet know when the Terminal map is coming to PS3.

PS3 Elite Premium members will definitely be able to get their mitts on four content drops in a few days time, with three Face Off maps and a Special Ops mission arriving. There's a tornado-ravaged farm in the 'Vortex' map, a war-torn Middle Eastern highway to fight on in 'U-Turn', and multiplayer battling on the streets of New York City in 'Intersection'. Then there's the Spec Ops mission 'Arctic Recon' which has you attacking from the air, land and sea to sink a Russian warship.

These maps will be coming as part of the July Call of Duty: Elite drop, which hopefully along with the free Terminal map on July 17th/18th, will be arriving on July 19th for Elite subscribers. Keep your eyes peeled and stay frosty for 'em.

	If I remember right, I red somewhere (I think it was a post on fb from MW3) that the Terminal map will have the 360 exclusive greedy bs. Either way I can't wait.

	@5 I bought the game for both systems. If you're a true gamer you wouldn't complain about exclusivity and should play the game on 360 for early content if you're that desperate or you could just wait it out on ps3. I do both since i have elite on both ps3 and 360

	Activision are giving everyone a free map and people still complain. The map is free so just be happy your getting it at all.

	@5 Quit being stupid, IW is owned by Activision, who has a contract with Microsoft for timed DLC appearing on their platform, the 360, first. And @6, please do not throw around the phrase "true gamer" because I doubt a "true gamer" would spend the price of roughly four new games on one game. For people like me who aren't buying any DLC for MW3, it's refreshing to get some free content now and then. Terminal was a very fun map on MW2 and will be a good addition to MW3's mediocre vanilla maps.
