A new documentary series looking behind the scenes on the development of Crystal Dynamics' Tomb Raider reboot has begun today, with the first episode looking at the introduction of British-born actress Camilla Luddington as the new Lara Croft. Hosted by Zachary Levi AKA TV's Chuck, 'The Final Hours of Tomb Raider' features interviews from the developers, as well as an exclusive look at some of the development processes behind the game, with part one showing Luddington on the motion-capture stage (the 'Volume') at Digital Domain, using her plastic props and acting to the point of tears. There's an interview with Luddington herself - with her transatlantic accent - talking about her role as Lara Croft, and her take on the iconic character. Check out the video below, then be sure to give our Tomb Raider preview and interview with Art Director, Brian Horton the once over. Tomb Raider is out on March 5th, 2013. | |
