| Sony denied the game getting a retail release in the US because it doesn't have english dubs and they refuse to do a digital release, so there's a good chance it won't even come out in the US |

| NamcoBandaiUK have said on Twitter that Europe will be getting retail and digital versions. No mention of US but it's the UK Twitter page anyway. I'm glad it's not just download only. Really can't wait for my lovely retail copy in 2 months :) |

| Its been confirmed for US release. It's going to be digital. It has been dated for November, but idk if this september date applies to us. I think we're still november |

| The U.S. is getting this as well. Like Luffy said it's going to be digital. Hopefully they'll rethink that silly idea of making it "just" digital and giving us a retail copy too. Anyway, I'm just happy to see One Piece coming. The manga is absolutely brilliant. |

| Not to be disrespectful to fans of the series (since I'm one too), but I fear this might be another disappointing run-o-de-mill senerio game like Bleach Soul Resurreccion was... At least it sounds like it is leaning that way. |

| I'm a huge fan of the series (I'm sure you can tell lmao) but even I was scared at first too. Although I was happy to see a US release One Piece game since there hasn't been one since unlimited cruise for wii. But if you look at gameplay it looks really fun. I don't wanna spoil nothin for people, but it includes quite a few arcs and it's a real treat for the fans as you get to play and experience the story of one piece. Japanese rating committees also gave good reviews to it |

| I love One Piece, By far my favorite series, I actually already imported this, and beat it, And I will STILL be buying it again just to have the english copy, The game is fantastic BTW very Dynasty warrior-esque With a ton to do and alot of characters to do it with! |

| Don't know why Sony is denying a Physical release over the game not having English voice acting, I seem to remember the Yakuza games not having English Voice acting and my system didn't explode and take out everything in a 5 block radius. Besides the English voice acting in the NA release of One Piece was appalling at best. |

| They reason for the digital only is so they can release it in the US without the risk of a retail release(alot less expenses). At least we are getting the game in our region. I'd rather have it digital only than not at all and that goes for ALOT of other games that haven't come over to the US. |

I think it's funny how people are saying that no English dub = no retail release. Well tell that to the Yakuza games as well as Record of Agarest War Zero and Record of Agarest War 2.
The One Piece English dub would have been the Funimation Uncut version not the 4Kids Edited dub. |

@16 You may find it funny but that is the truth, only for NA though, Sony/PS NA made the ruling that if it's not english dubbed it'll be store only.... It could also be Koei kidology blaming it on Sony for digital copy instead of blaming it on the lack of sales.
@17 You and many others might not like the idea of an Omega Force One piece but the Japanese apparently do or the vast majority do anyway. |

| I've never been a fan of the series, but that's because I've never bothered to get into it, although this game looks fun (I'm a big fan of the Dynasty Warriors series and other spin offs and such), but I don't think I'll be getting it for the sole fact that I won't have a clue who anyone and won't get any references to the anime or something... |
