| Bullshit, Im not paying to win in Timesplitters. In fact, it wouldnt even be the Timesplitters as we know it. Free to play generic mambo jumbo say good bye to old school shooters that had some balls. |

Not a fan of Free to Play games Sure, It may be free to play, but if you want the most from the game, you need to pay, like all the free to play games by EA. |

| Fuck off Yerli, never played the TS series so you better find some other carrot to dangle. F2P is for casuals and their iPhones, not proper gamers. |

| If TS4 is F2P then I won't buy it as I want a complete game, not one with bits hacked out to sell as DLC. Crytek is fast becoming greedier and more incompetent than EA ever was so I will not be buying any of their games, especially since they don't bother fix game breaking glitches! |

Timesplitters is not an MMO, do not fuck with the formula. The only time I will pay to play a game is when I'm buying it to play in its entirety, not otherwise. Gamers are bored with military shooters, there's something more fun about blowing your mates up with a rocket launcher whilst playing as a duck or a squid, why won't developers realise this? |

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! *facepalm* *facepalm* *facepalm* They are already doing it wrong and they haven't even started yet! Maybe they just want to make it free-to-play so they can put minimal effort into it. I mean, if the game is free then they can get away with shoddy graphics and gameplay. They would really ruin Timesplitter's legacy with some casual free to play social nonsense on something called GFace? The hell is that anyway? |

Knowing this douchebag, he'll say that it can run on CryEngine 8 - which is 35 years ahead of Unreal 4. Seriously, this guy can just....just go away. NOW. |

| Cevat Yerli is the same guy who said Crysis would never come to consoles, to me Yerli is full of shit and if TS does come out free 2 play i will not be buying it. on disc yes but not free 2 play, this all comes down too the trade in business again. |

The sad irony is the games of yesteryear like final fantasy 1-9, goldeneye, crash bandicoot, super Mario, donkey cong, sonic, all will be remembered when our grand kids are adults an still loved as much as when they first came out 20 odd years ago. Stunts like this will only be remembered as the fall of video games, spearheaded by greedy incompetent bastards, starting at EA, then Crytek and slowly but surely more money bag whoring CEOs who know fuck all about video games other than they can make money. This generation I gaming looks like the final stop for me there's too much bullshit and capitalistic money grabbing going on. Gone are the days of paying money for quality, these guys expect us to pay premium for economy standard......fuck that |

@6 It's true that you need to pay to get the most out of F2P games, but when you think about it, paying £40, or $60 for a brand New Timesplitters might even be more expensive than say buying, some new characters maps and guns on the F2P version. I think it's all relative, and if done correctly a F2P multiplayer Timesplitters would be phenomenal. Just little things like Valve has done with Team Fortress 2 (all the items and such) would work SO well with Timesplitters' look and feel. |

| With all these companies jumping on the F2P bandwagon..... ACTIVISION! For god's sake don't go this path too! You didn't do the online pass, so don't do this either! You may have your own problems, but none this bad. |

| @15 your so naive, when serious money is involved nothing is ever done "properly" excuse my pessimism but that isnt just relative to the gaming world It applies to everything where there's serious money.......DLC when and if done right could/would add even more to a game giving players more of their beloved experience for a bit more money.......rockstar with RDR and Bethesda with the Onlivion and now what looks like skyrim are the only serious major examples of companies who used dlc properly to give gamers something of any value......amazing 5+ hour add ons with extra achievements and good quality gaming and not day 1 tack ons that were left out of the. Game, that's in 6 years.... |

@18 Another great example of doing DLC right is Borderlands. Companies should realize that we will shell out $5-$10 for good, meaty DLC's (well after game has come out). |
