Willem Dafoe Rumoured to Star Alongside Ellen Page in Beyond

Actor Willem Dafoe is heavily-rumoured to be working alongside Ellen Page in Quantic Dreams’ Beyond: Two Souls. 

Before the official announcement of the game at E3, industry whispers said that two Hollywood stars would appear in the game. But when Beyond was revealed, the focus was on Inception star Ellen Page.

Now, however, new reports suggest that Willem Defoe will also join the cast, providing motion-capture acting and voice work.

Willem Dafoe is an Academy Award nominated actor, with appearances in Platoon, Born on the Fourth of July and Spider-Man. He has also provided voice work for Fantastic Mr. Fox and Finding Nemo.

Quantic Dreams founder David Cage has long championed the importance of casting for in-game characters, capturing performances in an purpose built motion capture facility in Paris.

Beyond: Two Souls is out in Q4 of 2012.

Then tried burning their eyes, screaming "WE CANNOT UNSEE THAT!! WTF WAS WITH THE TALKING FOX??!! AAHHHHH!!!!"

Now that is awesome news! The best thing about that Bond game that didn't follow a movie a few years back was because Willem Dafoe was the bad guy in it.

that would be so cool to play a game with Willem Defoe in it, though not sure if it is as cool that the fact John Nobel was in LA Noir.
