I gotta lol at the comments at the unity page, the 360 owners are complaining about the lack of the first 3 resi evil games, they are given out in digital form, maybe capcom are too lazy/exclusivity deal that prevents adding the first 3 games on the xbla?
If they re re-issues I'd buy even if they won't work on my console...unless they make an australian release. |

This has nothing to do with exclusivity, they can simply port them as xbla games and thrown in achievements but capcom is way too lazy to do that. |

If they throw in the achievements us psn players will be raging...
I've never seen a single ps1 game end up on the xbla, as far as I'm aware, if proven wrong...it'd be good info.
Otherwise meh I got the gamecube editions anyway :3 |

| hmm sounds nice for me since i've never brought any of these games and since re6 is of course going to be around 65$(+tax) all the other games would be like 20-25$ extra sounds like a good saving but depends on what version of re6 its gonna be other wise im thinking of getting (this is good for those who didn't buy these games just like me) |

RE6 will be just fine for me.
I got RE1-2-3 for free on PS+ and I will never play them I am not that poor to play these old shit.(Good Classic I admit but with all the game on the market...)
I bought RE5 Gold 2 years ago at 20$ so I will buy RE6 and will keep my money for their DLC cause they will have DLC(Capcom.
Great news for those who has never play RE |

| Why would ANYONE pre-order this anyway? Just to give Capcom money months in advance for no tangible reason? Pre-ordering, or reserving a copy as it used to be called, a week in advance makes sense. Doing it months in advance just to line the pockets of Capcom seems to not make sense. |

@28 and 30: I seriously doubt there will be achievements for the original ps1 games. From my understanding, you get download codes for them, so you would get the ones already released n psn, which didn't have trophies. PS1 games have never had trophies yet, so I don't see them starting it now just for this.
Personally, I didn't like RE4 and 5. I hate escort missions, and these games were all escort mission. 4 was the worst, as the girl couldn't protect herself at all. At least Shiva knew how to fight (though not how to get the hell outta the way, apparently, as most of my game over screens came from her dying). |

I'm a big fan of Resident Evil and maybe I would like to support Capcom for making special editions such as this one and hope that they and other gaming companies will make cool special editions like this in the future. |

| @41 Resident evil code veronica a spin off? Please, take few hours of your life and play the game before speaking. I found it to be the best resident evil. Story is long, it explain a lot about umbrella roots. Resident evil 1-3 are great, (I mean the originials) but they just put you in situations where you only have to survive and get the hell out of racoon city. With code veronica you actually can see what really happens in umbrella labs and also can see how bad minded umbrella is. Spin off? |
