Guessing whoever filmed that really wasn't supposed to. So glad I stayed up late last night to watch it, I had a feeling it wouldn't last.
It looked epic. There were parts where you play as Ivan, which basically just seemed like parts where you could fly around at will, messing with objects and possessing people. And then there are parts where you play as Jody (or any human you possess with Ivan) which look like they control exactly the same way as Heavy Rain. It's an interesting mix. And the way it works, it made me wonder if Jody actually has any power at all, beyond the ability to talk to Ivan in the first place. Seems like he does all the heavy lifting independantly of her.
I wonder if the plot twist'll be that she isn't talking to ghosts, she's schizophrenic and "Ivan" is just how she copes with her own ability to possess people, cast a mental eye and toss things about telekinetically. |
