Dishonored E3 2012 Gameplay Trailer Steps Into the Shadows

Bethesda and Arkane have today released a new gameplay trailer for Dishonored, revealing more of the supernatural assassin action, as Corvo goes on a throat-cutting rampage through the dark cobbled streets of Dunwall.

Framed for murder, Corvo is driven by revenge, donning the disturbing skull mask that becomes his fearsome calling card. Bestowed with supernatural dark forces, Corvo must fight his way through a city besieged by plague and lorded over by a corrupt government that uses strange technology to keep the people under their iron fist.

Rewarding creative approaches for its assassination missions, Dishonored is shaping up to be an incredibly exciting prospect. Check out what Dan had to say about it in our latest preview. Dishonored is out on October 9th, 2012 in North America and October 12th, 2012 in Europe.

	Another post apocalyptic like, steam punk, Orwellian world title by Bethesda. That's why I love them so much :3

	Looking pretty cool. I'll have to pick up a used copy as my little thank you to Bethesda for giving us the broken version of Skyrim and then covering it up by only making PC and 360 version available to reviewers prior to release. Those people have the same business ethics as Bernie Madoff.

	At #4 I was thinking the same thing, but with it being Bethesda, I'm sure it will be glitchy as hell which is unfortunate.

	I have been excited for this. It has a half life 2/bioshock feel to it with a taste of assassins creed.

	Hope the stealth aspects will be stronger than this made it appear. Looks nice, though, heavy BioShock Infinite vibe to it.
