| So is Fox engine the mechanism behind rising, or hopefully the core of MGS 5 Also was the bad guy Solidus there? Solidus whos limbless one eyed body was burned up in a baggie at the side of the Volga? And also who the hell is the dark haired Snake/Vamp type guy. I have done nothing but criticise this game but I know I will end up buying it just to find this crap out (Then be bitterly dissapointed and have to sit twiddling my thumbs for MGS5 to find out wth happened with the whole Raiden being saved by Madnar and In turn saving Sunny, which means, SNAAAKE!!! XD) |

This has come a long way since the melon slicing motion control demo of two years ago, we may actually get a decent game out of this.
Still rather see news on MGS5 though. |

| I really don't know what to think of this. I lost a lot of interest when the developers changed hands and the story was all changed around. This looks cool but you have to ask yourself does it really belong in the Metal Gear universe? I don't want Metal Gear to become a series that makes sequels for the sake of making sequels. A good game should know when it's time to say goodbye. |

This is Kojima ultimately, I will take bets on "MAYBE" Holiday 2013, the smart money would be on 2014 first game of new gen console - anyone here remember MGS4...

| @7 In case you havent heard MGS5 was never in development and apparently kojima said he doesnt plan on making another game for a while. Revengeance was supposed to be MGS5 but it kept getting changed. |

@15 I never actually looked into that (my bad, research before you comment kids) I seem to go a bit fanboy with MGS and I have always just assumed the next MGS would explain how Snake and Raiden worked together to rescue Sunny.
I guess Konami will probably hold off until the next gen of consoles before considering MGS5. I hope I'm wrong, but as you said he has stated that he has no intention of making a 5th for a while and previous MGS releases would back that up. |

| @16 next gen isn't actually that far away. Apparently, games for the new consoles will be being sold by 2014, and considering this is out in 2013 I really dont see there being another MGS on the current gen |
