It's so close now, and all the evidence that has built up against Activision, I can't see why this trial would last any more than a week rather than 22 days. I think it would be difficult assembling a jury for this, simply because no one would sympathise or side with a big corporation in this case, rather than the little guy that got shoved out the door. |

| Actually Activision and EA Games settled. I think the court case with Activision and Jason West/Vince Zampella is ongoing. Basically West/Vince sued them and them Activision sued EA Games for making the new Sci-fi game with Respawn Entertainment. |
