![]() | Is Splinter Cell: Blacklist Heading for E3? Written Thursday, May 31, 2012 By Lee Bradley View author's profile |
‘Tis the season of E3 leaks and excitement spoilers, folks, and this is a good ‘un. According to the latest reports, Ubisoft is set to announce Splinter Cell: Blacklist at E3 next week. There’s some details on the game too. Likely to be the first proper title from Jade Redmond’s Ubisoft Toronto studio, Blacklist will reportedly take place after the events of 2010’s Conviction. Despite this, however, protagonist Sam Fisher will no longer be sporting the pepper pot grey hair look. The source says he’s “looking good as always with no grey hair,” adding that he is wearing a “full body suit, and his mighty night goggles.” Apparently, the story will focus on a set of enemies targeted by Sam on his blacklist, hence the name. The source also mentions that a special edition of the game is being prepared too, but that’s hardly a shock. I bet you can guess what I’m going to say now? Expect more at E3 next week! Splinter Cell 6 is on our most anticipated announcements, don’t ya know. [via NeoGAF]
