Games like Red Dead Redemption, inFamous 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops, LA Noire, Mortal Kombat, Mafia II, Just Cause 2, BioShock 2 and MotorStorm: Apocalypse are all available as Ultimate Editions on the PlayStation Store, although for now, it looks to be an offer that extends only to North America PSN members.

The PS+ prices at least come close to / are a deal. But the regular prices look more like a rip off. Seriously, they should start checking prices on amazon and co.

What's the inFamous 2 DLC? Festival of Blood?

@c1ned1ne: There is some alternate weapon and costume DLC, as well as Festival of Blood.

Motorstorm Apocalypse is a bad deal. I can buy a brand new NTSC copy for $28.

Everything else isn't actually that bad of a price. It should probably be a bit cheaper due to them being digital, but they are good deals.

anyone who hasn't played red dead, la noire, or bioskock 2 would be getting a great deal here for just 20 bucks each.

Most of these prices are higher than what retail sale prices have been, and even higher than used game prices. The PS+ prices are probably more comparable.

Adding on the DLC in some cases might be a deal, but not necessarily, and certainly not by much.

Bioshock 2 is widely available for $9.99 retail around here, and I have seen Red Dead for less that $19.99. Not sure about Motorstorm, but that game is older than 1 year, and I don't recall any DLC packs for it (perhaps skins/vehicle packs?).

LOL awesome deals for the american people right there only providing you havent picked the games up yet etc but not too long ago i remember reading comments saying how EU got loads good stuff and the USA people was mad when 9 times out of 10 they do infact get the better deals.

It pays to actually have an EU & USA account both with plus on it that way you get the best of both worlds

Unless you have PS+, these bundles aren't worth buying considering you can get the majority of them from Amazon/eBay for the PS+ price.

Already have these. I'd rather have them on a disc. 300GB isn't very much room to store data if you have 150+ games.

@8 InFamous 2 DLC is the costumes, and the new powers, i believe there is 2 weapons i'm not sure. InFamous Festival of Blood is a different game, IS NOT DLC for InFamous 2, you dont have to own InFamous 2 to play it

Nothing too amazing as far as pricing goes, especially Motorstorm. Can't believe they are trying to get that much out of it. Almost no one plays it anymore. It's a pain in the ass to get a few of the MP trophies because of that.

You guys keep saying you can get them on Amazon for the PS+ price.

All Amazon prices:

Black Ops First Strike Ed.= 28.95 + 45.00 for remaining DLC = 73.95
Red Dead GOTY= 29.99
Infamous 2= 28.99 to DLC 9.99 = 38.98
Bioshock 2=12.98 + DLC 24.99= 37.97
Motorstorm= 30.99 and it doesn't say if any DLC is included, even if it were it's all cheap so not worth it.
LA Noire Complete= 29.96
Mafia II Director's Cut= 39.96
Mortal Kombat Komplete= 44.40

So aside from 2 games, they all appear to be deals to me. Yes, the problem is we own most of them but even the non + prices are better than Amazon. I'm sure you could look around and find better but Amazon seemed to be mentioned most. A little research goes a long way.

Some of these are hardly essential add-ons. Just Cause 2's DLC was a few extra weapons and cars you don't really need. InFamous 2's was a few level editor kits I think. Compared to Red Dead, BioShock 2, and LA where you got whole extra missions and game modes.

Sorry for my language, the price for COD: Black Ops is a f*cking joke.

The game came out over a year ago, they released some maps and the price is still that high on a deal?

Money grabbing sons of...

I would love to give the zombie trophies a go, but those prices are ridiculous. How can the DLC alone be more than a newly released game?

Black ops is actually a very good deal and trophy hunter friendly (70 trophies) but just the four dlc packs are $60 themselves so your basically getting BO Free and your paying about $50 for 4 $15 DLC packs its a BUY NOW for PS+ if you dont got it
Im just picking up RDR cuz I wanted the complete edition but felt like it needed a $20 price tag already

@32- There's too many people in these news forums that say stupid stuff when all they have to do is read, like you.

@33- That's probably why stores are now selling 320 GB models.

@23: Besides CoD (which won't drop in Price much, knowing Activision), I can find everything cheaper or nearly the same price with a little searching.
And some of the DLC are not necessary to enjoy the full game / get trophies.

RDR is every so often in sales for 19,99
Bioshock is currently on sale in EUr for 21,98 EUR complete
Mafia 2 Complete is part of the Platinum range for 19,99
Motorstorm is around 40 with all DLC from store
LA Noire Complete can also be bought for a 20

and that's not even considering buying used or cheap at your local store ;)
