DmC 2013 Release Date and New Character Revealed

Capcom has confirmed a January 2013 release date for DmC, the Devil May Cry reboot that goes back to Dante's early years, and sees Enslaved and Heavenly Sword developer Ninja Theory taking a stab at the series. Capcom has also revealed the hooded girl that Dante encounters during his time in Limbo City.

Her name's Kat, and she'll be a supporting character in DmC. A runaway who joined The Order at an early age, Kat is a medium and gifted psychic that can see into the demon realm of Limbo, but is unable to directly interact with it like Dante can. Hence she'll appear in the game as an apparition for much of the game, guiding Dante through Limbo with her expertise on the demon realm.
