Beyond Good and Evil 2 In-Game Tech Video Hits the Streets

An environment tech video from Beyond Good and Evil 2 has found its way onto YouTube, following hot on the heels of the first in-engine screenshot earlier this week. Showing a scene from the same sandy, sun-baked street from the image, the video offers yet another speculative glimpse at what BG&E2 could look like.

That said, with creator Michel Ancel revealing that Beyond Good and Evil 2 is in development for the next generation of consoles, it could be that this is early footage from a previous iteration of the game meant for the current crop of gaming machines.

Or it could potentially be an early look at the next-gen Beyond Good and Evil 2. Either way, it's somewhat intriguing. What will Beyond Good and Evil 2 be like? This video gives us some kind of an idea as to what to expect. Ancel has described BG&E2 as a "very ambitious game" that'll require some ambitious tech to realise it.

	The music is amazing!!!! Screw the visuals... (which look alright. Though I prefer to see gameplay.) That music is freakin' catchy! ^_^

	How do i get 13 dislikes for saying maybe i should take another look at first game that maybe i just didnt play enough of it. I could see if i said OMG first one sucked, why make another.. but im saying simply maybe i should look again at first one... weird people you guys!

	I played the first BGE on PC and enjoyed the hovercraft scenes... And the music in the Prologue was awesome. Watching this video and the screenshot let me think about some south american and spain movies with that dorty dry atmosphere.

	@4 good job on the song link. BTW.. this song was also featured in the beginning of a Hollywood bank robbery movie..can't remember name. Next gen consoles huh? Little behind on the news on a PS4 but really hope a PS3 can play this even if it takes 2 blu-ray discs
