We know one thing for sure, Sleeping Dogs isn’t going to shy away from brutal combat, not if this latest trailer is anything to go by. It’s a riot of snapped bones, spat blood and thick, meaty-sounding punch and kick noises. 

The point of all this ultra-violence is to showcase some of the upgradeable combat skills available in the game, including grapples and counters, deadly weaponry and vicious environmental takedowns. This last category is particularly nasty, with face-frying, pole-impaling and freezer door-slamming being the order of the day. Ouch.
