I really liked the conflict games. but I need reason to replay them with all of the other great games coming out. Trophies or goodbye.Wednesday, May 09, 2012 @ 12:56 PM
If they're PS2 Classics, no trophies.Wednesday, May 09, 2012 @ 01:04 PM
Here I was hoping for my FFX HD port on May 24th when I clicked into this, but sadly I'll probably have to wait until later on in the year. @3 A Kingdom Hearts HD collection would be nice actually too! And just for everyone else's benefit, for €9.99 dont buy Deus Ex on the ps3,go onto steam and get the pc version for the same price. Its MUCH more bang for your buck.Wednesday, May 09, 2012 @ 01:08 PM
Just Cause was a broken mess side quests where bugged up cars where stupid to drive and missions where broken so I wonder if they'll fix it before hand I doubt it.Wednesday, May 09, 2012 @ 01:10 PM
Any word on these hitting the US PSN Store. Would be nice to play these , with or without trophies.Wednesday, May 09, 2012 @ 01:25 PM
@3 I've been waiting for it since they started making HD collections. I must say I'm saddened by how long it's taking :/ Kingdom Hearts 1&2 were PS2 CLASSICS! I mean come on!Wednesday, May 09, 2012 @ 01:40 PM
I don't need trophies! Anyone that has played this game, knows that it is awesome enough to play without the need for trophies. And for £8? Bargain! This is fantastic news. Square, feel free to help yourself to my money!Wednesday, May 09, 2012 @ 02:11 PM
They need to put Drakengard on the psn store, or make a new one, hell i would easily drop £60 for itWednesday, May 09, 2012 @ 02:19 PM
No trophies? No buy. I made exception for Metal Gear Solid 4 and Assassins creed 1 but thats it.Wednesday, May 09, 2012 @ 02:29 PM

Firstly kingdom hearts birth by sleep would be seperate from the hd collection after ratchet excluded deadlock..i would want that too but with trophies. Hell i'll take without trophies but i'm hoping they add other square-enix games besides theseWednesday, May 09, 2012 @ 04:25 PM
MEH No trophies. where is the HD visuals ??? i'll stick to PS2 disc versions, thanks for nothingWednesday, May 09, 2012 @ 06:51 PM
Square, I'm fully aware people will enjoy these games again. However can you do something else? Like get your backsides on Final Fantasy X HD, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Tomb Raider, Kingdom Hearts HD maybe? Releasing these PS2 classic which will net you about £25 for all them? I'll give you £50 just to give me Final Fantasy X HD, SO HURRY UP!. You have so many options to make lots of money and your picking all the wrong ones.Wednesday, May 09, 2012 @ 08:12 PM
Deus Ex - the best game since First Prince of PErsia from 1991!Thursday, May 10, 2012 @ 02:11 AM
Damn it, EU! Deus Ex better come to NA PSN, as well. That'd prolly be the first and only PS2 Classic I buy.Thursday, May 10, 2012 @ 03:29 AM
@2 I'm sorry, I know this is a trophy site, but... if you're gonna overlook a game SOLELY because it doesn't have trophies, then I can't help but feel you've missed the point of gaming altogether.Thursday, May 10, 2012 @ 03:34 AM
Awesome, nice to see they're bringing the conflict games as a PS2 classic. Still waiting for Conflict: Global Storm, that was a great game And I really, really, really hope they bring out Black soon, that was one of the best FPS games I've ever played. Was annoyed they cancelled the sequel :,(Thursday, May 10, 2012 @ 06:37 AM
So can anybody tell me if this means I will be able to play my original PS2 disc version of Deus Ex on the PS3? Originally my PS3 wasn't able to play PS2 but they seem to be making the originals available for download and as such it seems like they keep the original code intact so one could assume that PS2 discs would also work right? Anybody able to play the original Max Payne with a PS2 disc since that one just got released.Thursday, May 10, 2012 @ 07:55 AM
I hear the PS2 version of Deaus Ex is pretty bad. I got the PC version with my Deus Ex 3 per-order, but I already played the game to death back then, so I only took a peek into it. Graphics looked weird, didn't remember them like that.Saturday, May 12, 2012 @ 09:23 AM
@17- I was not trolling, I was saying I will not pay for a game I have owned for the PS2 and still have for the PC without added incentive. @24- I was not overlooking it, I have the game, on PC might I add, which is the far superior version of the game. If I want to play it, I can do so already on the computer, why pay more for a crappy ps2 port re-release with no other reason than to replay the exact same thing watered down?

Square Enix has today officially announced a range of its PlayStation 2 classics for release on the European PlayStation Store, which commences today with the launch of Avalanche Studios' first Just Cause.
That'll be followed next week by the release of seminal FPS classic, Deus Ex on May 16th, which like Just Cause, will retail for £7.99/€9.99. Then for the subsequent two weeks, there'll be a pair of titles from the squad-based third-person shooter series, Conflict.
Conflict: Desert Storm 2 will be launching on May 23rd, then Conflict: Vietnam will follow on May 30th for £5.49/€6.99 each.
