This is awesome and only a waste of money @2 if you cheap. Between my Dlc and PSN games I almost have 2 320gb ps3 filled up. 500gb extra storage i can share with all 6 of my ps3 and vita is awesome |

Just what I'm needing! Been buying games like inFamous on disc recently just so I can delete the free download version and save precious disk space. And what's the point in buying a game if you're going to delete it? |

@4 what if you like to keep said content? But for me it worked out cheaper to buy a 750gb internal hdd for $75 aud... @3 sorry but I dont think it'll allow you to store ps3 games on it, just music and stuff which a small exsternal hdd/usb drive works fine, my $60aud external holds only 200gb of movies, max of 500gb :/ In other words only good for the japanese market. |

| It uses Torne so it`ll have the same trophies. The torne is awesome when I wanna record something straight to my PS3 but like most of you guys my PS3 is nearly full. So with the 500GB HDD I will be able to record more stuff!! |

@3 I find it hard to believe you have 640gb of PSN games/DLC..Good luck transferring it to your "6" PS3's.. That's gonna be a pain in the ass considering Sony only lets you use your PSN ID on 2 PS3's at a time lol. But yeah 17k Yen ~$200, seems kind over priced for what ever it's supposed to do. |

@9 I have my PSN ID on 3 PS3s. And I've very nearly filled my 320GB hard drive from downloaded games, only had the PS3 two years. So it is believable. |

| Personally I think this is a great idea, I keep all my Movies, songs and pictures on my PS3. I have 92 PS3 games and 40 PSN games. I use a 500gb hardrive and I only have 120gb left, plus I continuously add on more movies etc. But with the Nasne I can put all my movies on it and then delete them off my PS3. |

| Is this just a NAS that functions only with Sony products? Because for $200 you can grab a 3 - 4 terabyte NAS that you can access anywhere so long as you have network access. |

| @15 Just do what I done and put a 1TB hd in your PS3 and you will then have more room or you could just stick all your movies on a big external HD and that would save you loads of room. |

| It's basically a media storage system that is compatible across Sony products, like what Windows 7 lets you do with media sharing on the same network, except that nasne is a storage unit in itself. So in essence it's a external HDD, PVR, and a network streaming device all in one. Doesn't sound like a bad deal for about 17k yen considering what it can do. |

| Sorry, guys, I've been reading all your comments and I'm still a bit confused. It's a Sony HDD Storage device... and a what now? Is it basically a PS3 memory extension? Oh, by the way @23 & 15, do you two not have anything else to do with your time? @23 200 psn games?! Where do you find time to play them? I've had my PS3 for 2 years, only have twenty games and now Sony stupidly announce a PS4? What the hell? |

| @26, Unless I've just returned from a year-long coma, Sony has done no such thing as far as officially announcing the PS4. If you had read a little further down on whatever rumor milling site you found that information on, Sony would have a quote saying "We don't comment on rumors and/or speculation." I do agree with the others above who said that putting a larger hdd in your PS3 is a better option. If you don't have a second PS3 to do the A to B transfer, then putting the bigger hdd in the PS3 as soon as you get it is advisable. |

@13.. you know you don't have to open your ps3 to swap HDD right? there is a little slot on the side to make the switch I did it with my fat ps3 to swap the original 80 gb to a 500 Gb.. took almost 6 hours to reformat the HDD but there is no big deal in changing hard drive. On topic, I can't see the point of getting an additional external HDD.. for 150$ you can get a TB of space on an external hd... Sony stop working on useless product and give us the ps4 damn! |
