| There are sooo many games that if they have to rip em off they would be fantastic, but they always go for ones that arent exactly great (storywise) and lets face it this will just seem like a 'fast and furious' sequel, we need storys we've never seen before not ripoffs of games, unless its exceptionally different and worth making like say 'mass effect' but it would be destroyed like 'max payne' although i kinda liked it its nothing like what it could have been. Maybe one day hollywood will realise they can be done well but its not going to be this game. |

If EA really wanted to do something productive with the NfS IP they should make Underground 3. Every game after Underground 2 has been a bit pants IMO; Most Wanted had too many cop chases, Undercover had major rendering problems, Prostreet and the Shift games are just mediocre track sims and The Run was Outrun with an avalanche level (once you played the demo there was no point buying the game). I'm not trying to troll, but EA should either do Underground 3 or let the franchise die. |

@ Comment #1, more like after Abraham Lincoln - Vampire Hunter I agree with Comment #4, NFSU 3 would be the only NFS game I would ever buy in the future. NFS Shift 2 was a horrible game, so horrible that I didn't get past the first race. NFS just doesn't 'cut it' anymore >_> |

| Seems a bit pointless considering the games plots and mostly self contained. |

I agree, it's probably not gonna make a masterpiece of a film BUT Battleship wasn't all that bad it was entertaining at least, hopefully NFS film will be the same or batter. I would love to see a NFS Underground 3 but there's obviously not enough chatter or demand for it and EA won't/can't leave this franchise behind because along with FIFA it makes too much money for them. The way I see it companies need franchises like NFS to way for other games they do. Its a good money maker. |

| I agree with most people Underground 3 would be great along with Undercover 2 as I really enjoyed the first. Most Wanted 2 and Carbon 2 would also make me happy. The NFS games were all about tuning and street racing but now it's all changed and got bored really quick. |

na NFS is a game never movie material I remember NFS Undercover the acting in the video scenes was terrible, dudes pretending to be badasses its like, yeah.. very good, you want a race then? LOL Fast and the Furious is plenty I remember seeing a bluray called 'Redline' which was a Tesco Exclusive for £5 and it looked like a cheap Fast and Furious I cant see NFS being any better |

| I honestly think NFS: The Run would make a decent movie if they had good actors. It reminds me of the plot of this TV show I watched and liked that was canceled; an illegal cross country race between random people for a cash prize. Wasn't even racers, had a father daughter duo in there and a guy who ignored his military service and was being court martialed. Had potential. |

| All they're doing is taking a big gaming franchise name like "Need For Speed" and making a movie about it. It will have absolutley nothing to do with the franchise (I can forsee this being a Fast & The Furious rip off), kind of like the "Max Payne" movie, other then the name, it had nothing to do with the game itself, which was really disappointing |
