| To be honest, I thought it was a bit TOO short. And I'm not one to rush my games, either. Other than that, it's great. The whole gliding on sand feels awesome. |

| @4: I think it took me something like 2 hours. It does have a certain replay value, though, but still, maybe two more levels would have been good. I actually thought it changed too abruptly towards the end, like first you're taking your time in the desert and all of a sudden it's world "this", world "that" - ending. |

@8 I don't think Angry Birds made any records since this is PSN sales. Sad to say I wasn't part of this. I did enjoy Flower immensely, but I held off on Journey because $15 is the point where I need to know more about it before buying. But seeing the great responses, it looks like I'll need to check it out at one point. |

| So make an awesome unique game and it will sell well. Shame there aren't more games like this. It is amazing, I think the length is perfect though, only because the few times I've played it, I've had to go from start to finish. I know you can stop but it didn't feel right to, so sitting there for longer than 2 hours would have been a bit too much. Although to be fair I'd gladly sit for 5 hours it's amazing. |

With the replay value (and its only 1 person playing at a time, my two kids also love their runs thru it!) and not really wanting to leave most of the time - I think the length is about right, its nice not really having typical game "Saves" etc, just sit and play. I understand 14 is maybe a bit much, probably would have done double at 9.99, but that will be coming soon. Also, sometimes its nice to play something FINISHED, no updates, no dlc, no bugs, no worries - just play a game and then be done with it, there is a certain finality to it! |

@10 LOL, but how long to beat the game? I don't want to pay £10 for a game what only takes a few hours when I can pick up a game what will take few weeks at that price. |

I'm not surprised, lots of PSN games are expensive as hell, that or there is a mediocre selection of titles. I may pick it up soon. @15 If it's a good game who cares? Just go for it. The other game may take a few weeks but it may be boring, quality over quantity! |

@11 thanks for update 2 hours is too short for a £10 game. @17 I have picked up some really good games for £10 in the past. I got F.E.A.R. 3 for £9 out of Morrissons and at the time it had only been out 3 months. |

@17: The other game might actually be a game instead of the barely interactive art bullshit that thatgamecompany tries to pass of as a game. flOw was shit, Flower was shit, this is probably shit too. Bottom line, there are good art games and there are bad art games. Good ones remember that they're also supposed to be a GAME while they're being artsy (this is something like Limbo, which kicks ass and anyone who likes platformers and/or puzzlers should buy it). Bad ones forget about the game part (this is pretentious crap like Flower) and think it's enough to just be super artsy. It's not. If all I want is art with no interactivity, I'll go to a museum and look at some fucking paintings. |

| @21 I was just talking about valuing quality over quantity. It might be really short but you really got to judge by the gameplay and not the length to determine whether it's a good game or not. Yes, I know there are other aspects but I'm leaving them out of the equation here. I've never even played games like Flower or Journey so I have no idea what you're talking about in regards to the "super artsy" stuff. |

Its more like 3 hours (sort of like life I wish it was longer but its still awesome) but it is amazing experience and is worth playing through multiple times- theres things other than collectibles that you can miss on your way through. The multiplayer aspect is fascinating- the way you can or cant cooperate without really being able to communicate. I will always support any game that is trying to do something different especially one that does it this well. Im looking forward to BioShock among other games but this might be the GOTY in my eyes. Check out the Journey Stories Tumblr for peoples experiences/opinions. |

i loved journey, well worth the price of admission. haven't played a game in a while that kept my undivided attention. also i play it often just to help people thru it, from the beginning to end. ... journey, 10/10 ps. expect dlc. the stone glyphs at the stage select has room for at least 2-3 stages. plus iirc, it's in their contract. then they're free to develop multiplatform games.. |

I ran through it in a couple of hours, but unless you're deliberately boosting it's going to take a few extra playthroughs. It's a really nice way to relax between playing some other intense game and going to bed. @21 There are none so blind as those who will not see. Until you actually play Journey your opinion is of no consequence, take it elsewhere. |

I admit, I only have this game because it was gifted to me. Otherwise I'd have never spent $15 on it, and after playing the game, $15 is not worth the price tag. It's a sweet and emotional game, if you let yourself get into the game emotionally, otherwise it's just walking mostly and some gliding/sliding. You spend your time trying to make sense of the story and then it's all over. Add your emotions into it, and you've got a fair game. The reason it's done so well is that it's basic enough to appeal to non-gamers. Move the analog stick, infrequently press X. It's a very easy game to get into. The anonymity of the multiplayer is nice, and adds to the atmosphere of the story and the emotion of it, for sure. It's not a groundbreaking or innovative game at all, since it doesn't introduce any new concepts and barely has concepts of its own. I didn't feel LIMBO was worth $15 and that game I feel is more dense than this one. For games like these, I'd say Braid is by far my favorite. I could see Journey being a mobile app, that's how simplistic it is. |
