Colour us intrigued. Ridge Racer: Unbounded's City Editor looks pretty damn powerful if this new trailer is any kind of an indication. You can map out your labyrinthine courses through the urban jungle of Shatter City and let your cars loose in the basic editor, or go into more detail and go mad with the advanced editor.

With the advanced editor, you can create loop-the-loops, join them together for twisting cylindrical tunnels, or place a load of crap suspended in mid air if you like. Or, if it's simple, unadulterated carnage you're after, you can build a car park full of vehicles and then just ram your way through them all in a truck.

There looks to be almost limitless scope for mayhem with the City Editor in fact. Check out the trailer below and see for yourself. Ridge Racer: Unbounded is out on March 30th in Europe and in North America sometime after that.
