| I don't care how many DLC costumes they throw at us, SE won't be able to trick me into playing FF XIII-2 by making me think I'm playing characters I like. |

| Unlike the ungrateful brats above me I actually appreciate all the fillers content Square is giving us in between story DLC and as a hardcore and loyal fan to the series I plan to buy ALL the DLC. Weapons, costumes, story ect. My hope is Square will put the money to good use in the future by logic states that if I'm not spending money on their products, I can't complain if they give me crap quality games. And Mass Effect is an awesome series too, I'd LOVE to see Noel or Serah in some space age outfits. lol. |

@15 It has nothing to do with being ungrateful.. you act like people should be indebted towards square for releasing any shred of dlc. if being a 'hardcore and loyal fan' means spending money on every bit of dlc, I guess im far from it. To me, being a 'loyal' fan means preordering the game without waiting for reviews, just to have it on day one because you feel you wont be disappointed. This latest batch of dlc is amusing at best, but ultimately pretty stupid.. i'd have to *assume* that 70% of the people who already bought this game have completed it.. costumes are useless during the course of the game, even less significant after the fact. |

@15 Dear mr.Fanboy you are the reason we are lazy since you mindlessly buy every crap we throw at you. We thank you for being a fanboy, especially during these desperate times and we hope that you will "support" our efforts to make FFXIII-2 the world's biggest circus, and why not, we can make a new FF with 2h of gameplay and 60h of DLC soon. Sincerely, Square-Enix |

@17 well... it is my money so I can buy what i want with it. There's no law saying you shouldn't buy costume DLC. So what? Just because you think it's crap apparently everyone who buys it is a fanboy or an idiot? Oh yeah cuz that's not biased at all.... It couldn't at all be possible that the person is a fan of FFXIII-2 and ME3 and thinks the costumes would be cool. Nope, God forbid. But thnaks for telling me how to spend my money. appreciate it. |

@15 So buying DLC makes you "grateful", and other CHOOSING not to buy it makes them "ungrateful". And here you say "it is my money so I can buy what i want with it". Does that logic only apply to you? LOL. |

| Oversouls posts are painful to read >> as a "fan" of ff this is some crappy dlc announcement we want episodes that fill the huge plot holes that ff13-2 had that's double for mass effect 3. But shooting out outfits and character dlc every month is a no go Square. And people complain where is FFVS13 where is KH3 well if you keep buying Square Enixs shovel ware blind to the fact square is milking you then all the games that really matter will never see the light of day. FFVS13 will be the next Duke Nukem Forever. So buy a truck load of shitty dlc you right its your money but because of "fans" like you square takes advantage and thinks anything they slap with "Final Fantasy" will sale because of blind fans. |

@oversoul## - As a TRUE FF fan, I can see both sides of this debate. First off, it's great that they're giving people the OPTION (note the word option) to purchase this DLC, it's not the first time that games have crossed characters from other franchises, in fact FF is a bit late to the party. Just because people don't want to buy it doesn't make them ungrateful. I'm grateful that the option is there, but I won't be buying it, I find it ridiculous and a little bit sad. It seems that SE are feeding off Bioware's success from Mass Effect 3. I hate to say it, but you don't come across as a 'hardcore and loyal fan to the series' if you ask me. Any 'hardcore and loyal fan' would notice that SE are slipping down a slope that they can't climb back out of, and it's painful to watch. It's like watching your best friend submit to meth or something. So Square Enix, as your best friend, I want you know that your addiction is hurting the ones you love. We want you to get the help that you need... |

| Get it or don't. That is what it comes down to right? I myself am not getting this myself. But I still don't see the issue with putting more content into a game. |

Umm... SE isn't restricted to doing only one thing at a time. I guarantee that they are working on story DLC at the same time as these costumes. There is a team of people assigned to the story DLC stuff. They don't take people away from that team to make costumes. What is it with these people that think a company can only do one thing at a time? Seriously, do you even think before you post? |

| Huge fan of both Final Fantasy and Mass Effect. Personally, this DLC is amazing to me. I can see people complaints though, story DLC is needed. But I also agree with oversoul...say what you want, but I buy all DLC for a game I love, to further support the company that makes them...why,...because they make GREAT games. XIII-2 was great to me...costumes do seem a bit pointless after I have platinumed the game for weeks already, however, I want them,...and I will buy them. A lot of you guys need to grow up a bit and stop arguing about every little thing. |

| I would also like to point out one thing to that fanboy letter-thing. If I'm not mistaking...and I'm not, because I have played and beaten them all, except for Legends 3 and Tactics Advance 2. Not including the other sequal (X-2) and not including the other branches (Legends 1-3, Tactics, CC) this is part of the THIRTEENTH title...and the FIRST with DLC...so I'm thinking that these titles are being made because people are buying the game...and NOT the DLC....so @17...your letter-thing...is retarded...no offense. |

@33 No offence taken. The thing is that we had DLC back in my days (pre-fast internet), they were called EXPANSIONS. The company worked for months/years and released everything in one go. But then again, they were making enough money to buy god himself. What they do right now is milk the franchise for easy money. I don't blame them, maybe I would have done the same had I been a businessman, and every company has bills to pay. But hell, give me something decent to buy because I am also paying bills and financially I am not better from you. In a few words, it's sad to see the company that created masterpieces back in my days, milking the franchise now and treating us like Sims players. |

Why are people so upset about it when Little Big PLanet has basically been doing the very same thing for years, except people love the costumes there and those who don't just shrug and keep on playing without the costumes? Personally, I don't care for purchasable costumes in any game, but it's not like we're forced to by them, is it? You are probably mad because you think you're getting this INSTEAD of real content, but honestly, you wouldn't get any more real content would the costume DLCs not exist. An actual story DLC or something like that means much more effort and investment than some pretty clothes, so the costumes are no substitute and they most likely do not prevent or delay real content to be made. I wouldn't buy that crap but I wouldn't be angry about it being made - there seem to be enough who enjoy it, even though I think, having costumes inspired by characters from other franchises is pretty uncreative - that much for "fantasy". |

| Just finished the game and to be honest: This was the only DLC worth buying. Honestly, the story's a clone of X-2: Except Caius is acting like Shuyin and Yeul is Lenne's equivalent. It's just stupid how they're perpetuating this particular installment even further by making a third. -Sigh- I'm only going to get Kingdom Hearts games from Square-Enix now. |
