We’ve finally got a few details as to the content of the new Assassins Creed: Revelations DLC.

Called “The Lost Archive,” costing $14.99, starring Desmond and releasing on Feb 28th, we already had a few scraps of info thanks to leaks and educated guesses, but now a trailer over at online retailer Zavvi reveals a few more snippets (it has since been taken down, soz).

We've seen it though. Apparently, the DLC will offer up a bit more information about Subject 16, revealing when the mysterious figure joined the assassins and how he fits into the overall story. The trailer also reveals that Desmond will indeed star in some more of those puzzle missions inside the Animus.

Meanwhile, we’re still waiting on an official announcement from Ubisoft.

By Desmond Sequence 5 I started to enjoy the first-person puzzling, but still not enough to make me want any more, it's like Portal 2 without any sense of drive (or humour). I'm interested in Subject 16's backstory but I can get that from a Youtube walkthrough video about an hour after the DLC is released.

If ACR is indeed the end of Ezio's story then Ubi would have been better off making a DLC epilogue to round it all off nicely!

awww more cheap mans Portal wtf, why cant it be a proper Desmond DLC where you play as Desmond like you did in the previous titles, the whole time I did those puzzle levels I never once felt like I was playing as Desmond but I have noticed for an Assassin, Desmonds missions are very laid back I think he has like 1 registered kill but I cant say who due to spoilers LOL .

I think the reason I liked the puzzle segments was because it reminded me of those Mind's Eye videos which showcased some pretty creative CG stuff. Fifteen bucks is pretty steep, but if it has enough content to justify the price tag that's one more reason to hold onto my copy.

Besides the Subject 16 storyline, the end of the trailer lists the 10 trophies, 3 multiplayer characters, and "'Vlad The Impaler's Prison' single player mission, so it looks like it will have a little bit of everything.

Me thinks it's very expensive. I really hope it will be worth the price.

I always thought the puzzle part was pretty cool and fun to go through, gave the feeling of a more old school but done in a new way puzzle games and was a interesting way to tell backstory.

Im not impressed with the DLC's for this one. Im not a huge multiplayer fan but have to do it to get my platinum then they bring out a multiplayer DLC with more trophies and now a crappy Desmond puzzle one, which is expensive i might add. I'll still buy it tho cuz I'm addicted to all things creed lol.

i'm with #12, although i did really enjoy multiplayer this time round. The desmond segments of Revelations were shit, but I will buy this DLC because I love the Creed too much not to!!.
