Ubisoft has revealed that Title Update 3 for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations has been finalised and will hit next week.

As confirmed via the official forums, the title update fixes a graphical issue in multiplayer that leads to a barrier suddenly popping up as you approach it in Artefact Assault. It also fills in some missing Animus Database entires. Far more vital, however, is a fix for a problem that has plagued Trophy hunters since last year.

Unfortunately, the last patch released for the game glitched one of the Trophies, making it almost impossible to unlock. It didn’t matter if you collected all of the books, Revelations simply wouldn’t give you the Sage Trophy.

A workaround that worked for some involved collecting all but one of the books, deleting the update, then grabbing the last book, before re-downloading the update. But frankly, those are hoops we shouldn’t have to jump through.

Thankfully then, Ubisoft reckons it has solved the problem. All those that have collected the books will have the Sage Trophy unlocked once they download the update and fire up the game, say Ubisoft.
