Oh right, THIS again.....Nobody is allowed to be displeased at something without being accused of "trolling".
I paid £35 for Elite under the assumption I would start getting the content when advertised, and we have to wait 1 and a half months for it all because Microsoft waved some cash at IW.
I get sick of paying through the nose for DLC, only to get broken promises and palm-offs. |

| @8 Totally agree, IW has lost a elite subscribed for the future, I don't give a shit about the exclusivity deal. They could have charged us less and actually told us this prior to the release of COD: Elite but no they decide to make us pay full price, add shit to the T&C and then spit on us even more by saying we created the idea that ps3 would get it at the same time. IW can suck balls from now on, investing my money in battlefield from now on. |

| everyone knew xbox would get them 1st as they have a 5 year deal 2 get all dlc 1 month before anyone else.so they would be breeching their contract even if ps3 elite members got the dlc the same time as xbox.i don't know what the big deal is anyway it's only 2 maps.no perks no new guns no new game modes just 2 maps.f**k the maps anyway where's the patch we need b4 new maps to lag on bad mics and overpowered & underpowered weapons.thats all i want 1st is for them to fix the game. |

| I refused to buy Elite even tho my friends kept telling me too. I just had an odd feeling we weren't gunna get what we fully paid for. My friends texted me later.. way later on with a "you're right, fuck Elite" Haha, Plus, I have NO problem just buying a PSN card each time new DLC comes out. Idgaf about clans and shit so why would I wanna do clan challenges? Plus these clan challenges are getting out of hand. There are already level 50 clans out there and all they did was accept ANYBODY that was founder status on Elite just so they can get all the titles and emblems. |

| Honestly, I wish I hadn't wasted any money on this worthless title... When they said IW was making it I assumed that Activision had made amends, so I pre-ordered, only to find out that IW only had a handful of employees left and had been swarmed with new employees. I am not impressed with any part of the game, and was actually really disappointed in the storyline. Another thing that grinds my gears is that every game store and online site that I went to worded it to make you think that PS3 and 360 Elite members would get the DLC on the same day, before the general public. I have no interest in playing this lackluster title for another 9 months and I refuse to spend money on Crap Ops 2. By the way, BF3 is okay as long as I only play Conquest mode. I think I'm just going to give up on the FPS genre... Ironically, the game that got me back into FPS was COD4. *Sigh* |

| Anyone who's disappointed should join me in not purchasing any COD game until the contract is up. It has saved me money and even more in frustration and anger. It's not a lifetime ban, I simply refuse to spend that much money on something that has that sloppy seconds stench. It's like going commando for the first time...Freedom!!!! |

I think Xbox contract is up after all the MW3 DLC however who's to say they wont get a new contract with them? I know PS3 online is free and theres no chance of PS3 getting a contract with them. But what if Sony decide to "if you want so-to-speak" pay so much money a month for a better service. Including in demand games getting DLC before Xbox, dedicated servers etc .... would you be willing to pay for it? I most certainly would however this type of service could only work if it were to be multi platform games! |

| so glad i didnt go anywhere near elite, i was hooked on COD4 for months, literally never took it out of my console for half a year. I played mw3 for about a week and got so mad every time, havent touched it since. Money grabbing bastards, ever since COD4 the sole aim has been to make more money, ignoring what the fans of the series actually want (or even just people that like to play good games) sorry to elite subscribers, please, do not trust them again if they ask you to pay for extras. |

Did people honestly think buying Elite gave you priority over Xbox users? Microsoft paid money for Xbox 360 to get content before PS3. If PS3 Elite beat non-Elite Xbox 360 to the content, that's a contract violation.
Now don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to be an ass, but PS3 users should have already seen this logic before the announcement. People with Elite can still find solace in the fact that you are (hopefully) saving money on the DLC, along with the other perks of Elite, making the $50 more justified. |

the biggest problem was not making it clear that xbox would get the dlc a month before elite ps3 users,if this had been clear from the start i and certainly other ps3 users would never have purchased elite.
i feel i have been betrayed and missold a product and PS3 TROPHIES should be looking into this matter. |

haha the Battlefield fan boys didn't like my comment much...I bought Elite with the assumption I would save overall once all the dlc was released, not sure if that's going to be the case now, doubt ill be renewing it
the situation with getting the dlc later is pretty lame, but Microsoft paid for that so.not much we can do, though it doesn't bother me enough to move to xbox or stop playing the game |

| @26 I see your point and didnt buy elite (and dont play cod online anyway) but it shouldnt be done like this, PS users if they checked the facts and the contracts would have known this but it shouldnt be a necessity to do that to know what your buying, I mean its not exactly big business deals going on for consumers they just want to buy the game they want and play it, Activision have purposely done this as a scam, knowing that they will have xbox users all over this and will also catch a lot of PS users out who havent looked into the facts, nowhere on the elite sign up page does it say that the content before anyone else is different for each platform, it doesnt even have a star next to it with small print pointing it out, the courts have deemed that if McDonalds dont put "Hot Content" on the coffee cups and someone burns themselves with the coffee they can be sued (who the hell didnt alrdy know coffee was hot??!!) but this is deemed okay, seriously look at any adverts these days have stars and smallprint all over them pointing out that the things said may differ per person or it might not be exactly right, anyone seen the FFXIII-2 ad on TV? its very obvious to 99% of gamers that it isnt gameplay footage, but they still have to state it so it isnt misleading, yet somehow acti manage to dodge this and totally mislead users into paying them for a service which will later sting you for not doing your homework on the companies contracts |
