@3 Was just thinking the same thing, they'll need to tell us how many "unique" levels there are as well. I still need to get the Share trophy for the first game. I really have no excuse since there are this many levels to choose from...lol |

| I have the first one and loved it to bits until I got YLOD. Never bothered getting LBP2 as I didn't think they could add much more to justify a sequel. Am I wrong? |

@5, If you liked the first one, LBP2's main game is really just more of the same. But if you liked the first one that's not necessarily a bad thing. The big difference is in the creation and sharing areas. The sequel improved those, but I opted for a rental because I didn't care about that stuff. |

If you see the awesome levels people create in LBP2 (e.g.,, shooters, full RPGs, full songs to collect as a prize), there is no other conclusion to draw that: yes, LBP2 improved significantly over LBP. Especially in the creation kit but also quite some in the gameplay (grappling, throwing, bounce pads). All in all, LBP rocked and will be my nostalgic love but LBP2 has lots, lots, lots more option available. Even if you are like me -- not good at creating levels -- you can play the awesome levels of others. With friends and random strangers. What's not to like? |
