Syndicate is definitely one of those non-mainstream FPS so I hope this won't penalize Starbreeze. I really want this one to sell well ;) |

That's a shame. I was hoping that this would sell well and maybe show that your game hasn't got to be a pointy pointy pew pew military shooter to do well. while I can understand the reasoning, the logic is beyond pointless. australians can get a game imported from the UK cheaper than buying one local anyway. You ban the game, they buy it from play.com. Sureley there are economic issues to consider there too? |

| ^^^ Isnt that illegal. Luckily I live in the UK but I dont want the developers to feel to disheartened that their game wont sell well.So Sad. |

fuck me and a thought an adult over 18 years of age should be allowed to make his or her own mind up if they want to play a video game. disappointing that your country is run by bigger dicks than in the uk. shame. tell me do you have to get permission to have sex? lol |

@4 I'm pretty sure that the getting an RC in australian certification (and feel free to correct me if I am wrong) means that it is illegal to sell in australia. However, it is not illegal to own it (unless it has something illegal within it, IE. child sex stuff) meaning importing is perfectly legal assuming that there is no child rape within the game. I'm not australian, I live in England so I am not 100% on the rules and regs, but I'm sure that's how it works |

We've missed out on quite a few titles in the past because we don't have an 18+ rating, its ridiculous. I thought we eventually passed one though. Ah well, just another game to import. |

It's illegal to import banned games here... But if you only buy one copy and caught they just take it off you, so don't import more or else they'll charge you for intent to sell :P With my copy of mortal kombat KOLLECTORS EDITION I thik this will make it in...but I'll wiat a few months for the hear to die down. |

| From the wording of the original statement "is therefore unsuitable for persons aged 18 years to play" it sounds like they feel it would fail to get even an 18 certificate by their classification rules. |

This is retarded. I am so sick of our goverment. They allow ANY R+ movie to be released (Human Centipede 2 etc)but a game - noooooo. I thought that this was changed. Perhaps the new classification system has not passed through the government yet. We did get dead island when it was supposed to be banned. I guess they are too busy killing our economy with the carbon tax legislation. |

| This is fucked up I live in NZ and almost every retail game that's been banned in AUS we get manhunt games are the only ones that were banned in both countries and yet AUS gets more PSN content than us Zombie Apocalypse 2 Dead Island DLC etc and they have more restrictions on importing banned games than we do I saw manhunt 2 for sale on wii last week sorry AUS |
