Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3's Magneto Skin Cut From Ancient Warrior DLC

It appears that Magneto's House of M outfit has been deemed a bit too regal for some, as its been cut from Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3's Ancient Warrior Pack, which bundled skins for Hulk in his Planet Hulk gear, Firebrand with added armour, Arthur in various guises and the aforementioned Magneto costume.

The Ancient Warriors Pack was supposed to be out today for $3.99, but due to the kerfuffle over Magneto's House of M regalia, which apparently bears an uncanny resemblance to King Juan Carlos of Spain (image below via Shoryuken), the pack will now release on March 6th in North America and March 7th in Europe without the Magneto outfit for a decreased price.

Capcom issued an apology for the delay on its Capcom-Unity Blog, but did not give a definitive explanation. The next Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 DLC will now be the Brawler Pack, which features alternate skins for Iron Fist, Haggar, She-Hulk and Spencer. It'll be out on January 10th, 2012 for $3.99. I reckon they'll just redesign and re-release it sans the offending part of his costume.

@#2 and #3 You guys are idiots.

@#5 that would mean a whole new outfit since it looks exactly like it down to the smallest detail.

#6 because it looks exactly like the Spain's guys outfit and he is all pissy about it

Whats the big deal, there are plenty of things in video-gaming that very much resemble person, place or thing in the real world.
I dont see any reason to cut out a Dlc costume over this, just seems silly.
