Vita Assets Blowout – All Today's Screens and Trailer in One Place

When it comes to the latest assets for the Vita's library of upcoming games, we've got you covered. Below you'll find an overview of the freshest screenshots and trailers that have hit the web today, along with links to each game's galleries.

Unit 13

Zipper Interactive's TPS has some cool social features packed beneath its familiar military shooter facade. And thanks to the nightclub shots in this latest batch of screenshots, we may get to see somewhere other than a dusty, poorly-defined “Middle-East” location. All of which is OK by us!

Super Stardust Delta

Oooh, pretty. The Super Stardust series is known for it's lovely neon visuals, as Delta is no exception. Rammed with colour and light and explosions, you kinda know what you're getting with SSD: a tight, tough and thrilling twin-stick shooter from some of the best in the trade.

WipeOut 2048

Just like its grown-up home console brethren, WipeOut 2048 is all about speed - something the guys at Sony Liverpool have clearly tried to communicate with this latest batch of shots. Full of background blur and whizzy light lines, this one's looking pretty damn good.

Touch My Katamari

At a recent Vita event, I approached a demo station only to be accosted by a PR girl. "Would you like to touch my Katamari," she said? I did, and it was good. Here's a new trailer.

That's what uncharted is for haha, I don't think the other devs are dumb enough to compete in that genre right now. Maybe after golden abyss comes out though.

TMK: "Or use the analog sticks for traditional control."

Thank you. I have no intention of getting a Vita at launch, but whether or not I get one eventually is dependent entirely on whether or not they insist on shoving stupid gimmicks down my throat like a certain other Japanese video game console manufacturer is wont to do.

@2: Uncharted is not the end-all-be-all of action/adventure gaming. The day that a third-person platforming series that's barely changed since its first iteration is something that the competition cannot deal with is the day that gaming is truly dead.

The Katamari trailer was great. Until they decided to bring a patronizing girl in and ruin it. Ha ha, what a quirky new game!

@3 2152 forum posts of BS.

But seriously negative Nancy. Uncharted is the biggest name in action adventure for the ps vita and possibly ps3 if you wanna take exclusivity. It's also one of the more anticipated launch titles for the vita, so why in the fuck would another company come out with an action adventure game at the same time as golden abyss when they know it's so anticipated? If you read my post (and subsequently used your brain and understood it) then maybe you'd see that I never said it was the end all be all action adventure game. The fact is this game at launch is going to dominate a lot of the vitas market, especially the genre it falls under. Don't jump on the first possibility to try and prove someone wrong, because you sound stupid. Read a post before you reply to it.

Personally I'd be more excited for a ratchet and clank game but whatever.

@6 this is japan and In japan uncharted means nothing it ain't the biggest name in action adventure in fact its one of the smallest it ain't anticipated in japan and its believable that uncharted will get outsold by all these games in japan . The Yakuza series is considered to be the biggest thing in japan as it is the best selling sony exclusive series in japan so even comparing them is stupid
