Paying homage to its massively successful Yakuza franchise, Yakuza Studio will be putting lead character Kazuma Kiryu into its sci-fi shooter Binary Domain, as a bonus multiplayer character. Sporting his stylish, signature Yakuza suit in white, Kazuma will look sharp when playing on the government side in multiplayer, while fighting on the resistance team, he'll be going shirtless with a bandana, a la Rambo, showing off his ornate dragon tattoos. "Since this is from the Yakuza team, after all, we figured we'd offer this as a present and as a symbol of the spirit we're putting into this," Producer Toshihiro Nagoshi told Famitsu magazine. "Some people may see him as too out-of-place in this near-future setting, but the game is set in Tokyo, after all - I don't think it'll feel that strange. I hope you have fun having him go crazy on people." Binary Domain will be launching on February 14th, 2012 in North America and February 17th, 2012 in Europe.
