I heard this was a great game but a friend of mine said he had constant issues with freezing, to the point where almost every 30 min of gameplay required him to restart. Im not sure if it's the game itself or my buddy's PS3 but he never had one issues with Metal Gear Solid 4 and he played that hours on end. Regardless I still wanna give this game a try |

Well it's too late for me to buy this edition because I've been sitting on my copy for a while and I'll just have to buy the dlc for the 100%.

@6: Patches resolved many of the stability issues, but that still doesn't address the fact that New Vegas isn't even HALF the game that Fallout 3 was. If only Bethesda would patch the issues in THAT game's GOTY Edition... *sigh*

I bought Fallout 3 and New Vegas on their launch dates and never had any technical problems with them besides the Point Lookout DLC for Fallout 3 which had probably a framerate of 10fps most the time. Anyone know thw stability of the New Vegas add ons and which are best because I maybe interested in them soon.

I'll probably just get Lonesome road, which looked like the best of the four. And there are no skorpions at the canyon wreckage....

This is just what I have been holding out for. especially after buying every piece of dlc for Fallout 3 and not being blown away by them. plus this will depreciate very quickly. this time next year you will be able to pick it up for next to nothing I bet.

@#13: Same for me. I avoid getting games with lots of DLC being almost certain, like Fallout, since it's cheaper to wait for the collection pack. And easier than waiting between each pack, too.

Dead Money was hard as hell! Most of the others were fun and challenging! But between that and Fallout 3 DLC, I think Fallout 3 takes the cake, of which is not a lie.

Ultimate Edition: What you name your game re-release when it's not good enough to be called Game of the Year Edition.
