It's another incredibly busy week in the stores this week, especially in North America, where no less than nine new games hit the shelves, meaning you'll really be spoilt for choice and possibly strapped for cash too. Except, we already know which game it's really all about this week... it's the return of The Dark Knight, as Batman: Arkham City pounces from out of the shadows.

Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One also releases globally this week, so you can band together and get blasting with friends, and you'll also find DanceStar Party is out this week too, so you can get your groove on in-between cracking heads on the Gotham streets, if you like. Or there's The Sims 3 Pets, where you can make a home for your cats and dogs or just breed them to create freakish hybrids.

Finally, Skylanders, Tintin and a raft of other new titles make their way into the stores rounding out this week's more than ample offerings, while Asia make do with R&C: All 4 One, Dead Island, Deus Ex, FIFA 12 and NBA 2K12.
