Dragon Age II's second dose of add-on content is now available, giving Hawke and his/her merry band of adventurers to embark upon another quest, this time to obtain the precious artifact, the 'Heart of Many', which is under lock and key, surrounded by traps and guarded by Orlesian soldiers. All in a day's work then.

Featuring a new playable character played by Felicia Day called Tallis, Hawke experiences a run-in with the elven Rogue Assassin, before enlisting her to help in defeating a group of mercenaries. But first, he must aid Tallis in stealing the precious relic from an Orlesian Duke.

“I’m a huge fan of Dragon Age and working with BioWare on Mark of the Assassin has been a dream come true,” said Felicia Day. “The colourful characters and deep story-telling of Dragon Age is what BioWare does best and the way the team brought Tallis into the fiction felt very natural. I was extremely excited to use their amazing world as my creative playground in developing her character.”

Dragon Age II: Mark of the Assassin is available now from the PlayStation Store for $9.99. Check out the launch trailer below.

Well that trailer told me absolutely nothing. Is that character from the web series that looks really cheap? I don't think I'm gonna pay ten bucks for an advertisement.

@#1 Shes the character from the web series Dragon Age: Redemption according to the bioware site.

I don't know why, but I get the feeling shes out to back stab you. The other trailer shows that she comes to you to help her steal something from an impenetrable fortress. It shows that you get in, but I think getting out is supposed to be the biggest part of the adventure.

@3 So true. I love DA, but I learned my lesson with the first one. :)

$9.99 is too much and going by their current state, I doubt it'll be bug free, sadly.

I'll wait and watch the Bioware forums for proper feedback but I think this will be a miss for me.

I bought each of the DLC for DA:O seperatly and I still feel justified in doing so as that was a killer game and the DLC was great. Not to hate on DA2 but I guess the best/worst thing I can say is that its not Origins. I just don't feel like either of these 2 DLCs so far are worth 10 a piece, not having played them of course.
