Taking in three Sonic eras, Sonic Generations is a love letter to the little blue one and his army of devoted fans, seeing the return of much beloved levels from the SEGA Mega Drive/Genesis era, the Dreamcast era and the modern day era, which is covered in this latest trailer, which looks back at Sonic the Hedgehog (2006), Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Colours. The video then looks at some of the re-imagined stages that you'll be able to visit in Sonic Generations, with both the 3D versions revamped and the 2D versions providing their own take on the 3D levels. It's still looking like it'll be the best Sonic game in quite some time, so we remain cautiously optimistic. Here's hoping Sonic Generations delivers the goods when it launches on November 1st in North America and November 4th in Europe. | |
