![]() | LotR: War in the North Goes Behind the Scenes to Talk Three-Player Co-Op Written Friday, September 30, 2011 By Lee Bradley View author's profile |
Here's the latest behind-the-scenes vignette for Lord of the Rings: War in the North, concentrating on the game's three-player co-op. With teams comprised of Elves, Rangers and Dwarfs, the LotR: WitN co-op experience offers each character a specific skill set. So in this case the Elf is equipt with a bow and able to shield from attacks, the Ranger can turn invisible and sneak up on enemies, while the Dwarf is the tank character, wading head first into battle. There are also challenge missions in the game that you and two friends can play together. These exist seperate to the main campaign. Check out the trailer for full details. It's looking pretty good, truth be told. Lord of the Rings: War in the North launches on November 22nd, 2011 in North America and November 25th in Europe.
