Dark Souls Trailer Has Big Ugly Beasties

Here’s a new trailer for Dark Souls, which hits next week.

From Software’s brutally difficult, quasi follow-up to Demon’s Souls is already doing decent business in Japan, shifting in excess of a quarter of a million copies during launch week.

You can check out the trailer below, in preparation for the dark fantasy, open-world RPG’s release on October 4th in North America and October 7th in Europe.

	im getting really impatient waiting for this ive killed demons souls for the past 2 months waiting for this lol, at least the Battlefield 3 Beta will consume my time til next friday :)

	So, what I get from that trailer is that it is beautiful and frustratingly difficult. Not sure that is the best way to advertise a game. It does look nice but from some of my friends and family who are much better gamers than I am, Demon Souls was one of the hardest games to get through. If that was the first game in the series and this one is harder, then I think I'll pass.
