Codemasters' F1 2011 has screamed into poll position, displacing Dead Island at the top of this week's UK PS3 chart. The formula one racing game is the second in a rejuvenated series that Codies hope will become their FIFA, and while it's never likely to do numbers like that, on this evidence we'll no doubt be seeing plenty more. Bravo!

Elsewhere, both Resistance 3 and Driver: San Francisco drop a spot, while Deus Ex: Human Revolution holds on to 5th place. The biggest jump in the charts comes courtesy of Infamous 2, which has clambered its way up to 17th from last week's 26th. The biggest slip, meanwhile, comes in the form of Bleach: Soul Resurreccion. The game's vibrant visuals were not enough to save it from the drop, plummeting from 8th place to 20th in the course of a week.

Next week, prepare for the monstrous FIFA 12. Competitors beware.
