*sigh* ohhh well..., i´m still beleive that L.A. Noire is an awesome game, at least finally i know that Rockstar still have the rights of the game, but anyway now there are chance of more DLC (or a sequel) for the game but maybe could be different (since Team Bondi will not developer the future projects) |

I know there must be a lot of factors contributing to this dev's administration but you have to worry that selling 4 million units still cannot keep them afloat. What does this mean for the future of small to medium devs and more importantly fresh and original IPs. Is the games industry going to be dominated even more by a small number of mega-corporations mass producing safe and relatively cheap sequels at the expense of all else. Not a great thought. |

@ YurtleTehTurtle A worrying prospect for sure. I do think that the massive amount of face capturing (or whatever the technique was called) added to the financial strain. Luckily, not all games from low-to-medium developers use expensive techniques such as this. If it's true, it would also surprise me -- 4 million units is a massive amount -- but I do not see this as a sign for a bleak future. |

| I loved LA Noire but the reason I didn't buy it was because I wanted it to be free roam sandbox. |

@8: Team Bondi going under will have zero effect on GTA 5 as they weren't making it. |

| Sad to see Team Bondi go into administration, L.A.Noire was an excellent game & original at that. I'm sure the dev's will get jobs else where but there will never be another L.A.Noire again, sure R* own the rights to the game but are not Team Bondi. I would have loved to see there next game, but it will never be... |

| This will hopefully be a good lesson about how not to manage the development process for a game. |
