Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection Trailer Tears Out Spines

Time was, you had to take piles of coins into your local arcade and pump them into a cabinet if you wanted to play Mortal Kombat, or you'd have to fork out for a pricey game cartridge to play it on your home console. The fact that we were grossly underage when Mortal Kombat first came out was no deterrent for us and we revelled in ripping out hearts and chopping off heads.

This week you'll be able to snap up Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat II and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 in a single, incredibly bargainous download for a mere £6.29/$9.99 and recapture those halcyon days playing the games in their original arcade state, with added online play, leaderboards and trophies.

Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection will be hitting the PlayStation Network later today in North America and from tomorrow in Europe for £6.29/$9.99. Check out the new trailer here.

@8 From my 19 years of experience playing this game. Yes the AI will more than likely be broken as always. These are "arcade perfect ports" of the respective titles. I sure as hell can't wait to get online today.
