At first glance, Anarchy Reigns latest bizarro character might look like a bit of a chubby joker, but juice him up with the green goo from his spinal bonds and hey presto, he's a crocodile skinned reptilian beast able to smash up anything that gets in his way.

Wait a minute... That doesn't make any sense, does it? Who cares. It's Anarchy Reigns where nothing makes any sense whatsoever, so we'll happily accept that a pig man called Oinksie can transform into a super-strong crocodile man at will.
